Whoever predicted that Minnie would potentially absorb the devil essence may have been correct, unless my observation of foreshadowing is off today.

Anyways, interesting chapter...but I'm a bit worried about Minnie. It's not like Jr. professed his love to Mimi, but Mini is already in this state. I hope Jr. doesn't gain affect for Mimi or HIM might get a new, more eager daughter on his side.

I dont know...I like the idea of a Junior-Mimi couple and Jewel (even if she a fan character but still would like her to exist)
Minnie's possesive nature towards Junior is kinda annoying, we know her brother loves her...not as anything else than siblings I believe, and that he will always protect her, she has him as a supportive big brother...but Mimi...with Jeff gone (only the soul around) she has no one, not any family but HIM left...and has all this fear and traumas within her that no one would heal...

Minnie has her father/uncle Nergal, Junior, Aunt Sally, Uncle Jack, I think Grim accepts her... Even if some arent exactly there for her since they live...somewhere else...she still has people who loves and care about her

Mimi has only Jeff and now he is a trapped soul...she has lived traumas and huge psychological and physical pain...she has no one else who cares for her...I would prefer Junior loving Minnie as sister and Mimi as love in general...

Minnie is been too selfish

Lemmee get this straight: Grim is the Grim Reaper, right? The Angel of Death, the Harvester of Souls. etc. etc. etc. So Him has killed Jeff (a-la the Queen of Hearts). Doesn't Grim have the power over Jeff's soul? He certainly does over Mandy's, which is why she can't actually die no matter what gruesome things are done to her: because until Grim scythes her soul from her and reaps it, she's effectively immortal. So.....

Perhaps good ol' Dad'll help his son out by doing something about Jeff?

Sad that such a great reference goes unnoticed for so long. That 'thing' in the jar can be none other than Giygas, the Universal Cosmic Destroyer. An entity of such immense evil that his power literally destroyed his physical form and made him the very embodiment of evil itself. There is no hope, your cries for help will be absorbed by the darkness, and you cannot grasp the true form of Giygas' attack.

No you see Jeff was already dead and in one of the circles of Hell when he should've been in Heaven, but he had made a promise to protect Mimi so he can't leave hell, and he was already a soul that has had its head removed.

Anyone else notice the SkeleKnight's expression in Panel 3?
If he had a urinary tract, he would have pissed in his armor right then and there.

I would say they already saw that reaction coming of Minnie at the Mandy Doll , but did not think that would kill the bear blue , but also believe that the evil essence of Mimi wants a new body with more power and I think it will have Minnie to murder the defenseless Mimi.

The way of controlling the lives and souls for Grim only applies to the human world. In Heaven or Hell this system is different. Probably when you die in there you will go to Mu (nothing) and Grim has not control over that.
