Ok I think I see where this is going......evil energy stuff takes a number from venom, decides to prey on minnie's jealousy and takes her over and big crazy battle to free minnie ensues. An ok plot arc but also kind of too similar to the first chapter....which also involved having to free minnie from evil controlling force. On that note kind of hope I'm wrong here...

Same here, that was quite amusing. I also liked the page title, it made me giggle a bit for some reason. Probably because I thought of Junior wearing a wooden sign around his neck that says "Keep Out of Reach of Minnie" on it.



I see where you're coming from and I hope you're wrong about that as well. I'd rather see something a bit more surprising happen instead.

I wonder if Mandy would haven been a little proud of Minnie after seeing her display of violence, seeing that she's taking a bit after her in that respect. Well, being angry that something of her's is being taken away (Junior), that is.

Okay...I'm a little worried about the future for Minnie, mainly because...well, when Mandy was angry, she was very good at directing it and using it effectively, whilst Minnie, probably isn't.

It's hard to tell how she'll react to all this now.

Anyway, poor doll thingy. interesting to see that the undead soldiers can fear for their lives too, some respect for them then.

As for Giygas, I wonder if Mimi was simply possessed by it, or she took over it or if it simply influenced her natural emotions slightly.

I don't know much about the nature of this Giygas unfortunately.

I don't know how possible it is that Giygas influenced Minnie - I'm pretty sure she acted on her own - but it IS within Giygas' power to influence both humans and animals to commit evil (in both Earthbound and Mother)

HOWEVER; the fact that Giygas was inside Mimi MAY be the reason her feet are bandaged - whom ever Giygas controls slowly deteriorates physically until they are nothing but a disembodied soul...

Uh... I take full blame for whatever Giygas is about to do, because well... Griddles is almost certainly the reason he's in this, and I'm the bastard who introduced Griddles to Giygas' character...

...He kinda' took to it, especially after showing him how Giygas' lair in Earthbound looks every bit like it's designed off the female reproductive system, and of course, how Giygas' silhouette in the game starts looking like a fetus...

also about how i think the plot will go: that thing will get out and start jumping from host to host trying to get to minnie, they fight the hosts to protect her, only to have mimi take it back into her and keep the ooze where it belongs.

I agree with this ^ it seems very likely, but at the same time there's the risk of GOD-MODDING Jr. if he decides to take Giygas to protect Mimi...
