I doubt a similar hairstyle would be enough to confuse Dexter.

Especially when one is a redhead and the other has black hair. The amount of "vagueness" needed to not tell those apart would be so severe Dexter would be unable to tell either one from any other human. He's nearsighted, not colorblind (and even if he was full on colorblind it would not make a difference, their hair would be very different shades of light and dark). Even back lit, in silouette, he'd see Blossom's bow (she basically wears it no matter how else she is dressed)
