I am sure some of you have heard that Edd Gould, animator, cartoonist, and creator of Eddsworld, has recently passed away after fighting cancer for six years. I did not know the man personally, though I can say to see a young and talented cartoonist like him leave this world brings me much sadness. I wish both his family and friends much strength in these dark days.

Edd, you and your funny cartoons will be sorely missed.

Nick not saying you intentionally did this. but, that eddsworld.uk.co site you linked us to made my virus scanner pull up saying that is has malicious malware on it. just lettin you know.

Edd will be missed. I actually shed a tear because I was a huge fan of his videos. Also, the Eddsworld site seems to be messed up. Doesn't matter how you try to get to it, it says there's a virus. I really hope Tom and Matt continue the work in memory of Edd.

You know just yesterday I was wondering if Eddsworld had any new movies up, I did a search for eddsworld and I came across the wikipedia for it.

"On 25 March 2012, Gould died aged 23 after a six-year-long battle with cancer." You could literally hear the cracks forming in my heart, Edd was such a nice guy with an amazing style... Rest in Peace Edd.

i never herd of Edd's world. I've been trying to check it out but all the site i found has a warning blocking them. could someone put a link for the comics. I want to pay my respects.

In all seriousness, Edd was an amazing artist. I found his videos early on. The military video remains my favorite. Peace man. We'll always remember you.
