as it has been stated many many many times both by beeare and bleedman. the stories of grim tales and ppgd are two serperate universes. as much as we may wish and hope that gt is the future of ppgd, it isnt there are just many similarities between the two. sort of like the jla infinite worlds crisis.
That also has been stated to be false. There might be a connection between the 2 comics but they haven't revealed it yet. They first said they were separate comics but they probably aren't.
