Oh wow, your right. The only thing I can think of is that Raven had a moment where her emotions took over and her grammar fell. She didn't mean that Blossom was going to kick Hims ass; however, with her arrival Blossom would ensure that Him's ass would be kicked.

Besides I am pretty sure that if Raven either used the black energy to run away soon before the impact or tried to do that while being outside of the energy field, HIM would find even a nanosecond enough to get away, so by placing themselves inside they also crush his options to getting hit now or having to deal with them after teleporting away, as I am pretty sure he would, in this situation, take them with him.
Then again I am sure they are on a fool's errand as if it had worked then HIM wouldn't have manipulated Minnie around the point Clockwork sent Jr. near Jeff's house.
So in retrospect....YAY FOR THE FALL OF TWO MORE HEROES!!
