Actually, this scene had inspired me to make this drawing and I had saw on your DA that you like anything related with Japan.
And with Derpy and Dinky as dj1107's favorite ponies, this came to life.

And... huh... how it was the taste? :B

Thank you Grivous!

That picture is just so awesome. I find it funny that I still see her as so lovable in this picture even though she is apparently crazed. How entertaining!

So I see in the credits (or whatever their called) on the picture that it's referencing something from Knights of Zodiac. Can you explain it a bit?
(I've never seen Knights of the Zodiac, but I want to understand the reference.)
Thank you.

It's serious?
You don't know it?
Well, they are also known as "Saint Seiya" but...
It's the most famous anime of all time. Like Dragon Ball(but cooler).

Here it is the first opening of it, in 1986 by Toei Animation: Saint Seiya - Pegasus Fantasy

Saint Seiya is still showing in TVs and Dvds since 1986 with the parts:

1º - Sanctuary (1-73) *Opening*
2º - Asgard] (74-99) *Opening*
3º - Poseidon (100-114) *Opening* (It looks the same as "Asgard" but there is some new scenes in the video)

In 2003, it released the "Saint Seiya: Hades Saga - Chapter Sanctuary". It the begin of a new saga.
In 2005, it came the "Saint Seiya: Hades Saga - Chapter Inferno (Part 1 and 2)".
In 2007, it had finally over with the "Saint Seiya: Hades Saga - Chapter Elysious".

...

I am sorry, did I say "it had finally over"?
Well, I lied. :)

Then came to our eyes "Saint Seiya - The Lost Canvas"(which it is now in the Season 2).
The most awesome, amazing, massive, cool, supreme, incredible anime of the Saint Seiya's history!

By the way, here it is the character that inspired me for this drawing:

Image
Albafica Pisces

He appears in Episode 05 (Part1 and Part 2) and Episode 06 (Part 1 and Part 2)
And I think you will "fall in love" on this character as you did on Roseluck.
You should watch it. It's a great anime. Even Hiryu approves. xD

If you want to know more, check this out:

Saint Seiya by Wikipedia.

Saint Seiya: The Lost Canvas by Wikipedia.

Wanna watch the episodes of The Lost Canvas? Watch them by this channel with subtitles in English.

Have fun(and sorry for too many links :P)!

Grivous.

I haven't seen or heard anyone mention Saint Seiya for a long, long time... Then again, some kids in class today don't even know what Sesame Street is.

Awesome stuff as usual, Grivous! :)

Thanks, Mimeme.
Lol, the Sesame Street.
I never watch it. xD
But my sister(it's her generation this show) talks a lot about it, so the cartoon "Dungeons and Dragons".

But, yeah, those kids are the children of new generation(with Naruto, Pokemon, Ponies, Ben10, X-Box, PS3, Wii and etc, etc, etc, etc). They hardly will know about our old generation like... The Muppets(which is not an old generation anymore with the new film of them) or Darkwing Duck(Right, Soth? :P).

But it shows that the old generation won't die... if the child of that generation do not forget it.

*Tumb tumb*

Hey, what was that?

*Tumb tumb tumb*

Is someone on the roof!

*A present falls by the chimney(which was extinguished)*

Oh! A present! For...

... Mimeme!

Please, before you open the present, hear this music while you open it.

*You opened the present*

Merry Christmas(late), Mimeme!

HO HO HO!

Oh yes, I remembered the scene right when I saw the pic. It was nostalgic...

But you looked at my dA for info? really? That little list is so outdated it's shameful <.< That thing hasn't been updated in like 2 years... But the thought is what matters.

Also, it's sort of like eating hot mustard with a more smooth sort of zing to it. Mmmmm...

P.S. FUCK YEAH ALBAFICA!

Every time I hear that word, I can't help but think of an anime character saying it.

@pwned-by-twilight:
Hehe.
Well, there is a funny thing when I read SOPA and PIPA.
SOPA and PIPA in Portuguese means "Soup" and "Kite".
And here where I live, some people make this kind of pun:

"We don't want soup(S.O.P.A.)!"

And speaking of P.I.P.A.:

Say "NO!" to P.I.P.A.!

Grivous.

And the last word of evil:

Say "NO!" to A.C.T.A.! (Colored Version)

My first test in making drawing with colored pencils from Faber-Castell.
It will become better with time.

Not to worry, probably this link will help u all:

https://wwws.whitehouse.gov/petitions/% ... n=shorturl

"End ACTA and Protect our right to privacy on the Internet"

This's petition for stopping ACTA and soon will be reviewed directly from the White House;
If possible sign this petition or pass this link to everyone else, it needs account but it's fast to register, and later click the link SIGN THIS PETITION.
