Well...I'm interested in showcasing some of my art here in the Snafu Forums. I'd leave a direct link to my deviantART gallery, except...well, my gallery has a ton of hits-and-misses scattered through-out and is overall a disorganized mess, so I'd like to use this thread to single out the pieces that I liked best that I'm not too terribly ashamed of (or, at least as of this post. Let's face it; as artists, we have a tendency to look at past pieces of work we once loved and go "Oh my God, this is a piece of crap, what the hell was I thinking?!").

Still, the links I'll provide will link back to my deviations, so you will inevitably find out about my dA anyway. 'Tis your choice if you actually decide to bother to check out the rest of my gallery, or if you'll just stick to the deviations I actually link to here.

Note: I'm mainly a traditional artist, and much of my gallery is fan art and drawings/sketches of fan characters/original characters. I've yet to really delve into other mediums (or, well, I don't have a lot of it posted up, anyway), though I'd like to try and experiment with them.

So with that, I hope you enjoy my drawings. Advice is appreciated, particularly with newer pieces of art, as opposed to the pieces I link to that are, like...two or three years old.

I have no idea what the hell piehard is, but I'm interested enough in seeing more of your art to post this comment in the first place... So keep at it and all that.

"Piehard" was an event Gaia Online had last summer. It was basically a massive pie-eating contest between the NPCs, and the users had to pick which NPCs to support and feed pies to.

Some people were bribing people to feed pies to certain characters in exchange for drawing their avatars. I myself was helping a friend run her "Art for Pies" thread by taking on some of the requests she was getting, and thus those drawings were the result.

Little bit of trivia: Whispers didn't originally belong to me; she belonged to a close friend of mine, who decided to give me the character because she wasn't really using her anymore and she thought it would be a shame to just toss her aside, especially since Whispers and my character Kurokage were basically becoming a couple back when we were RPing those character together.
