Hey I'm basically at the same part of the game.

Been doing side quests much? Am I the only one who finds Fun Fun Island to be too easy of a way to make big bucks?

Also, is it just me, or are Golden Skulls more common than Ornamental Skulls?

i've got like 20 golden skulls and 3 ornamental skulls

i'm doin a few of those gratitude crystal things, but until like 2 days ago i basically forgot i had the game, so in the past two days i've gotten significantly further than i was before

hell i think i was still in lanaryu mining facility. i was taking it slowly, but i tore through some shit

it took me embarrassingly long to figure out how to kill skulltulas. i was just wasting bombs and running around like a terrified fool

Lol, my issue a lot of the time has been forgetting that I even had a shield haha.

Much time was spent staring at a gold flower thing while trying to hit it during the small window of time it opens its mouth, and half the time it'd just dodge pffft.

Also holy shit I hate electric slimes

shields aren't really necessary if you know how to dodge well. only against foes that take a shield bash to knock em back

the whip is too cool. although i'm starting to get antsy for the bow. i want a bow.

The bow was the only item where I dropped everything I was doing and went straight back up to upgrade to 100% the second I got it.

i just finished the lanaryu desert silent realm this morning. i alerted one of those torchbearers when i just had two things left to collect and i was completely frantic trying to find them. i had the guardians right on my tail the whole time to the penultimate vessel. sitting in my bed yelping and whinging like a spaniel every time one of those fuckers came into view

then i had to go out, right after i got the clawshots, so i have yet to really play around with them.

Drop down into the Desert Entrance. There are two rocks, one of them have a time shift.

Timeshift will create some vines that you can climb up the right side with. Follow the path + ledge and you'll eventually get to it.

You have to talk to the Fun Fun Island guy first, to add it as a dowsing objective.

So who else has been giving valve all of their money? Just picked up the super indie bundle as well as Psychonauts in one day. So many games I'm just filling up my backlog, I mean I haven't even beaten Dark Souls yet.

Not me. It's seems I've finally come over my steam-related habit of buying games I'm not going to play right away anyway. Even the irrational side of my brain has realized these games will go on sale again later.

Also, while I've bought plenty of indie games through steam, the Super Indie Bundle doesn't tempt at all considering there's a certain other selection of games which also have "indie" and "bundle" in the name, and is infinitely cheaper.

So yeah I got SWTOR and I'm having fun. Much more story based than any other mmo I've played and I'm enjoying the big coop instanced missions that still manage to shove a bunch of story in.

Isn't this the game where they ban people for having things "you shouldn't have at that level" and for using "bad words" in private conversations and has no end game?
