It's good but (No offense intended) they all seem to follow the same sort of look (Not style, just look) making them seem generic.

If the Succubus is Roman it would refer to a male, since the second declension (Us, I) is used to refer to male things, Viri (Men), Servus Servi (Male Slaves)
Succuba would be proper because the first declension (A, Ae) is use to refer to female things, Femina (Woman), Anchilla Anchillae (Female Slaves)

And yes, I was talking about Latin Grammer there, since the word is taken from latin.
Incubus and Incubi are proper
Succubus is something popalurly accepted but is wrong anyways.
