That really doesn't make any sense, though. What's the point of scanning at all if we have to hit it with the weakness first? Persona 3 had it better, where you could scan and get the weakness regardless, it just took a little time.

We can't just mimic game mechanics, because some of that stuff only makes sense in the context of a video game.

I guess we should tone down the multiple actions per post. Pushing someone out of the way and taking a hit was maybe a bit too much, even if typically taking a hit for someone happens on random chance at low HP outside of the defender's own turn. It's impossible to translate the game mechanics properly to freeform, lol.

I wouldn't take multiple actions THAT far. But, outside of turn-based combat, some mutiple attacks are expected to occur in real-time situations. Enemies won't just sit there waiting on you to think which buffs and heals you wanna use next. And the heroes wouldn't just sit by while you float around in a coffin repeatedly casting a spell to give you something you can make for yourself as is. XD

But, for my part, I'm countering the exchange to balance spells of higher caliber. Such as what Mot was spamming. Won't be just waving a hand and they instantly happen. Stronger they are, the more time I'll require my beasties to take to cast. And, in the case of unique ones -- Morning Star, Ragnarok, and so on -- I'll be placing other limitations onto the enemies. Likely case specific to match along with the style and use of the spell itself.

Well, there we go. Whoever wants it, feel free to go up and end it how you'd like.

I was almost hoping you would so Kazuo could finally ask why Hibiki was only being friendly to Hitomi, but I'm sure I wouldn't get a straight answer and it would only cause Hitomi to further think, erroneously, that Hibiki is somehow a nice person. So yeah, also since I have also posted a bunch recently, someone else should do it.
