Standing: In regards to the Mekian Empire, she is neutral.
Cover for being in Meka: Entertainer traveling with the Carnival = Puppeteer/ juggler/ Actobat/ Knife Thrower
True Profession: Snow Dancer (Master elementalist of water and ice) from The Village of The Blue Sky
Body: Azura is around 5'2 ft tall. She is short, yet has a slender and agile build which attributes to her being very dexterious/flexible. Though this does mean that she is not very strong. Her soft skin is of a pale, verging on white, complexion. She has icy blue eyes that sparkle like the freezing sea around Icilee. She has messy, shoulder length, silky smooth dark brown hair. Her fringe is usually braided into 4 strands that are decorated with blue and white beads. She is rather pretty and adorable due to her mouse-like appearence. She has a cute little button nose that is complimented by a friendly (often fake)smile and her aluring, yet bitter, eyes
Outfit: Azura wears a somewhat tight tradional blue woolen robe, which reaches just below her knees and also has long sleeves for concealment. Beneath this she wears white, reasonably thick, baggy pants and a long sleeve, light blue, silk shirt. Her arms are decorated with a small array of tribal beaded bracelets and around her neck is a very precious Religious crystal necklace of a dragon. A weathered scabard hangs to her left beneath her robe. She wears thick leather boots that show the mark of an experienced traveler. Her oufit is humble and clearly shows off her Nationality.
The Sky Blade
Azura carries a single long dagger. This family artifact was made a few generartions before her time and was said to have been blessed by the Dragon of Ice itself (thus the shiny blue metal from which the blade is crafted). The blade holds no other magical properties other than the abililty to withstand freazing temperatures and thus can be used to deflect elemental fire or heat sources. With her elemental powers, Azura can freeze her blade to deal extra freezing damage that could even course frostbite. The blade always feels cold and thus reminds her of home. She keeps this in an old, tattered, leather scabard.
A belt of 5 small common throwing knifes used at carnival performances.
Azura carries the following in a backpack:
A change of clothes, somewhat similar to her usual garb, but better suited for warmer climates. She also has a slim matching silk outfit used for performances. The outfit is light and is virtically half blue and white. She has a matching jester's hat that has a tiny bell attached to the end of it. She carries a bag of basic dried meat and at least 2 water skins for various uses. She carries a money pouch that has a few saved Talors stuffed in from her travels with the Carnival. She has a belt of five small throwing knifes, used for entertainment, as well as 4 colored juggling balls. A red, blue, white and green ball. She also has a blue scarf that she ocassionally uses to cover half her face.
Back at her Hotel Room (The Golden Inn): she keeps a few additional changes of clothes. Very simliar to her usual garb, nothing fancy. She also has a makeup box, used for carnival performances, of assorted face paints.
Usually hovering next to her is a medium sized spherical Robot, propelled by small propellers on both its sides, back and bottom. It has a single, tinted blue, eye and below that a nozzle protrudes like a mouth. The robot was designed by Mekian engineers to help put out fires. It has a built in tank that can hold up to 4 Litres of water and the Nozzle acts as a high powered water cannon. It is designed to be able to shoot short or long bursts of water at a distance of 25 ft. The nozzle can aslo be used to attach a longer hose if the fire is very powerful and needs to be put out from a distance that exceeds that of the droid. It understands normal commands but cannot speak or perform tasks that require limbs or heavy lifting etc.
Personality: Azura is a simple girl from a village on the Icilee coast and thus is very curious about the rest of the world, especially the floating city of Meka. She was curious to the point of obsession and so her desire to break free from her monotonous lifestyle fueled her decsion to travel. She has a slightly ignorant look on life as she tries to see the world for its beauty, awe and the good within it, when there is plenty of strife and dullness to counter her outlook. So she now has a twisted perception of the world from what she invisioned it to be like. There is both evil, good and those in the middle who remain neutral. She was brought up to be a caring and helpful person, to aid people from her village, country or anyone in dire need for that matter. She comes from a rural and humble village with strict teachings. She had a good and warm heart, but an even greater passion for the elements of water and ice. She has seen people who maliciously attack others, people who help the inoccent and those who just stand of the side. She is a person who favors being neutral now. Her pure and innocent soul has been corrupted by the true harshness of the world. She could end up going either way, fighting against tyranny or being sucked into the void of evil that has corrupted many people. Although she tries to continue to uphold the customs of her village, her morales are warped and she strays from her humble and righteous path from time to time, though her love and compassion for children has never faltered. The carnival is the only time you will see the friendly and pure side of Azura. When she is done with work she almost becomes a different person. Her heart becomes both warm and cold like the very ice she bends. Unfortunately her once good nature has made her somewhat blind and too accepting of most people or quite the opposite. She can be rather gullible or unsure at times when confronted with people who either have good or bad intentions. So she is forever wary of who she meets. This has mad her bitter, unfriendly at times and often depressed.Best for you to catch her happy side at the carnival, least she becomes suspicious of your intentions.

Magick: Snow Dancer: Master Elementalist of water and Ice. Azura's people believe that the power they gain to control this element stems from the Gyspy faith of the Dragon of Ice. Water has to be around her in order to control it, but she is able to do so swiftly and can be very deadly. She can also freeze the air around her to produce ice in almost any form. She can produce long blades of ice, or shoot dagger-like shards or even freeze her opponents. She can bend a body of water around her and then freeze it to create a shelter or a wall for a quick getaway. The power she wields to bend this element is not limitless but is left mostly up to her imagination.
Hobbies: Azura practices her daily rituals that involve her work at the carnival: juggling, acrobatics, knife throwing and puppeteering. She also practices her role as a Snow Dancer daily in secret. Azura loves fishing and spent many years on the frozen shores of Icilee casting her fishing line into the watery depths below. Azura also does beadwork and makes necklaces and bracelets (Traditional taught by elders and mothers in her village). She loves children and that is why she chose a puppeteering and juggling so she could entertain the little ones at the carnival. She's very fond of traveling and always buys small keepsakes to remember the places she has been.
Young Azura skipped happily upon the white rocks that littered the seashore. Waves crashed and withdrew from the beach, only to repeat the process again. Her older brother Ike, dressed in his warm polar bear jacket, stood waving his fishing line in the air ready to cast it into cold ocean. She jumped off a large rock and waded towards him as the sea water withdrew around her.
"Catch anything, Ike?" she said as she stared up at her brother.
"Nothing yet. I'll probably need to go out in the boat" he replied as he threw the line with great force. It flew through the air and landed with a tiny splash that was quickly overtaken by many splashing waves crashing upon the rocks.
"Oh can I go with you?!" she asked, her face beaming with excitement.
"No little one. You have your place. You're destinted to become a Snow Dancer, while I am a hunter. It's a much more daunghting task than you think"
Azura frowned and looked away in disappoinment. Ike noticed this and felt guilty.
"Tell you what. I'll teach you how to catch many fish right from this very shore!" he said while smiling down at her.
"Really? Thank you Ike!" she said exstaticly as she hugged her brother's waist.
"Haha! Azura! First thing you need to learn is focus. With focus you will be able to do anything"
Azura nodded as Ike let her hold the line. If it were not for her brother, she wouldn't have learnt such an important lesson.
The Blue Sky Village had few travelers pass through, but ones that did spoke of Meka, the floating city as well as all the fantastic inventions that came from it. AS new age of technology was apparent and Meka was also a way to see the world. Azura was completely fascinated with the tales of other lands not covered in ice and snow, of a carnival in the clouds and many other kingdoms other than Cyrko. She wanted to see it all, but her duties would have to come first. The village worshipped the Dragon of Ice which granted its people with the ability to bend the elements of water and Ice. Azura was chosen to be the next Snow Dancer and studied to perfect the art of bending these elements to her will. She practiced the teachings and rituals for many years until her 19th birthday passed. By then she had decided that it was time to visit the capital city of Cyrko in order to begin her travels. She waved goodbye to her brother, the village's best hunter, and to her mother who had brought her up with all the humble customs of the village.
Azura traveled, expecting to see a world like the one she invisioned, but instead was faced with the reality that it was not the happy picture she thought it to be. Rathya is a world you cannot label, nor all its people for that matter. Everywhere she went there were people with different intentions who either abused or treated her with respect. Some people disliked her because Meka had such an overpowering affect on other nations and they despised Icilee for having been the nation that gave rise to Meka in the first place. She became somewhat of a lost soul. Her good nature was being tempted all the time as she became more amersed in the world. She had gained access to the Carnival in the clouds by enlisting herself as a performer. She trained in acrobatics, juggling and knife throwing, but found comfort and happiness entertaining the children with puppet shows and the like. She traveled with the carnival for a few weeks before it came closer and closer to Meka itself.Meka was the only place left that could probably cure her depression over the state of the world. The fabled city that she heard so many stories about was her destination. Hopefully it would be the answer to happiness she seeks.
