This one seems like it'd fit well in an animation. Try getting a Flash program and turning this into an animation, to show us what you could do with it.

Guys, I got some sad news...

My IGSCE mocks are just next week and then my computer time is out. Which means that I won't be posting for about 3 weeks, so pls be patient...

Also, lately thing have been going a bit "CRAZY" in my life for awhile and depression starts to set in. It may take awhile to lick my wounds and I'm hoping it will vanish after my mocks.

Lastly, I'm also suffering from drawer's block so my solution is to start on season 2 of my fan-art then back. Good news is that I've inked out page 1 so you may catch a glimpse on season 1 ( Yeah, I know; you're gonna wonder why it took months...)

I know you'll be jumping in joy about my hiatus coz the pain-in-the-ass (me) is gone. Well anyway I'll see you all in 3 weeks, wish me luck.

I do LOVE your work - to the people that flamed you, f*** off - and I do have some critiques:

1) the shading is definitely something to work on - the use of gradients helps with the lighting as seen in the Pokemon pic, but if you need help with shading, you can always ask me
- i don't use photoshop; i HATE it with a passion - i use paint for all my shading
(i'll send a PM with my pictures attached)

2) the way you curve the sides of your heads is a little odd - right underneath the eye farthest away from you, the cheek needs to come out more; rather than a direct line between the chin and the eye

3) lastly, with proportions, watch out for the head comparison to the body - the only picture that really showed this was XJ-9; her head is too small compared to everything else; there's nothing wrong with longer legs, but make sure the head is still proportionate to the upper body

Heya, I think you have a bit of a unique vision, but I'd like to offer some constructive criticism.

1) I assure you the people from earlier weren't flaming you, but just couldn't tell the truth in a...."cushioned" way.

2) I HIGHLY suggest you drop your ideas of making a comic at the moment. It doesn't have anything to do with the story or characters, but because I think you should do some training on your anatomy/coloring/perspective/etc.

3) Everyone hates to hear this (I did too, and I'm suffering for it now) but take some drawing classes. Learn the basics of composition and such. Learn about the masters and study their works. Believe it will make it so much easier when you finally have enough under your belt to start putting together a comic.

I'd like to see your studies instead of random images.

I hope this helps some. ^^

or... if you can't take art classes due to a busy schedule, or lack of funds, you could always take a look at the BLANK BASES from Bleedman (and Bleedman's fans) on DeviantArt
- since the blank bases don't have clothes or even hair on them, it's good to take a look at how he proportions all his characters...

I can link some here if you can't find them - it took a bit of searching for me as well... aaaannd the strength to pull away from the other Bleedman art

If nothing else you can ask for help. There are several of us who would be more then willing to give you advice/links/tutorials/etc. to help a budding artist out.

And you wouldn't believe the amount of information you can find online about drawing/anatomy/everything else for free.

... Why can't he do both? All you said was "Don't do this"; at least I offered something to help...
- and offering the idea of bases would be about the same as giving advice as Garsna has said above

I suggested BLEEDMAN's bases in case Strike-Art wants to make them closer to his style... if not, then HE can disregard my comment, as it was directed to HIM.

Hair Highlighting Tip: make sure that the highlight(s) follow the way you imagine the hair growing
- they should also start from one center point on your character's head

I got some great news!!! TOONZ DARKNESS WILL OFFICIALLY COMMENCE!!

After Finishing the Cover page I feel energized for the comic! So expect the comic to come out VERY SOON!!

However, I haven't got permission from Dave to post it up there, so in the meantime I'll make a new Tread in the art forum dedicated for the Comic (other word's, it's an Unofficial comic)

If a lot of people like the comic, I'll apply for the Official web-comic section from Dave.

In the meantime, u r free to comment or criticize bout my comic, I'll take it all.
