i think it is becuase one of them has the "Noisy Cricket" gun. a signature weapon from men in black. its a perfect reference because it fits with the bug / insects theme. she may have very well broken into MIB headquarters.

Could literally be MIB too. They are present in this universe.

Men In Black+Sky Patrol=Twice the page space taken up showing the always-futile defense effort of the nameless characters.

Hmm... If Bell actually fights back, he won't get a chance to use that. But if she stands there and lets him shoot her for the sake of mocking his tiny weapon, the fight may end then and there. Of course, that will deny us a Powerpuff vs. Powerpuff fight, so I'm betting he won't get a chance to use his weapon. Unless of course, she lets him fire at her, then demonstrates her reflexes and superspeed by dodging it after it fires.

the good news is bell put down the bomb. so she wont be using as a shield to threaten blossom.

bell is simply too cute the incarnation of evil and cuteness. there's no way that agent can shoot her. shooting galactic alien monsters are 1 thing but shooting a cute innocent looking little girl who's using baby talk there's no way he could do it. blossom is their only chance.

with the way the kick is im supprised there is no upskirt i guess when she and blossom fight there will be more like the 1st fight
