I've been playing Super Meat Boy lately and I love the great soundtrack it has for it.

I saw a couple video game drum corps shows by high schools.

They look really cheesy typically.

Don't remind me. The only think that the official soundtrack is missing is the occasional "SPLORT" of meat boy exploding.

That did have a pretty catchy sound track.

Hmmmm what games do I adore for their soundtracks?

Well, there's DKC2, No More Heroes and its sequel. Bomberman 64 had a few really good themes. Final Fantasy Tactics had one of the few orchestrated soundtracks I thoroughly enjoyed. Being a Sonic fan, Sonic 3 & Knuckles comes to mind. That Scott Pilgrim game had an exceptional soundtrack. I rather enjoyed the music for SFA2. Despite being a mediocre game, Sonic 2006 had some themes I enjoyed the crap out of. One of the major reasons I prefer the original Paper Mario is because I loved the soundtrack more than any other game in the series. There's a few PC games, like Tyrian 2000, Iji, and Cave Story. Live-A-Live also had a pretty memorable soundtrack.

Anyway. I find it difficult to just choose one. I'd probably go with DKC2, I guess.

I always think Final Fantasy games have the best in game music. The one that plays after winning a battle is priceless. But the first game that got my attention cause of its music is Tiberian Sun. Hehe

I downloaded the Tekken Tag Tournament 2 track a few days ago.

I'm keeping it forever. I love this franchise.

I was just wondering, how about super great games that have awful music on them. You guys got any? For me? I guess starcraft2 has some really dull music. haha. Love the gameplay, but I play with the music turned off.
