Anyway, has anyone considered the possibility that Mimi's emotions are out of whack, more specifically inverted, due to Him's treatment of her?
This would explain why she seams to hurt Jr whenever she leans close to him (Pinching him in Limbo before Clockwork whisked him away, ripping his head and spine out just recently).
This could mean she has confused pain with signs of affection.

I think she ripped Junior's head off because she knew she had to fight Junior and Minnie to get to the vault. I don't think Mimi's emotions have been tied into a french braid just yet.

Considering she's a demon that's been exposed to every sinful act humanly as well as demonically possible, it's not surprising that she would moan there. I wasn't expecting to happen in the middle of battle but it's not shocking at all. That also added some humor into the fray. I loved it.

And it's only natural that you moan when they do it right. I love how Jr's body is just going "iuno" to this whole situation. If you were me, this page is a godsend. I notice that Minnie's hands are once again covered by her sleeves. Was that due to reader response to finally seeing her hands? And what happened to her rapier? It has magically vanished.

It would seem that Minnie was so startled by Mimi showing her heart that she lost full leverage on the demon, supplying her with the basis she needed to flip Junior's body onto Minnie and Junior's head. Demonology defies physics and all other laws, don't you know? You cannot hold devil or demon to any law, rule, or agreement: they can break either at will.

Gotta love Junior's and Minnie's reactions to Mimi's face, and then Junior's Nergal shrugging. Shall we prepare for a further stomp as Mimi gets set to repay the favour?

I think Mimi took the rapier away from Minnie just before Junior's Nergalized body grabbed her. (You did see Mimi seizing the rapier in her claw in the last page, I believe.)
