The sword can be held by anyone of any level of karma but its purpose as a tool to rid the world of evil causes a sort of magnet effect where it can destroy evil but not good. If I may bring up one episode in the SJ series, Aku had stolen Jack's blade and tried to kill him with it but when it struck it could not break his skin as he led a selfless life of ridding the world of evil and helping all he people he could along the way.

Finally, Dexter's getting involved! Wonder what he's going to do? He already showed us the D-rangs, maybe he has more gadgets up his sleeve such as:
1. Mecha Battle Gauntlets
2. Lazer Gun
3. Electro- Discus Suit (Ego Trip)
4. Light-Saber (Battle in Megaville)
5. The Mech-Pack
Either way I hope Dexter does something cool or badass!

Sorry, was just trying to be clear on what I was responding to. When I try multi quote replying, it's a CF of the highest magnatude. Doing them individually leaves less room for confusion and angst.

I do believe that even though not everyone there is as pure of heart as Jack, I think Courage and Honeydew are close enough to count as possibly immune. And Dexter with ninja throwing stars? Has he done that before? (Sort of thinks he has, from the series too, but I don't remember.)

Also, Panty and Stocking I think were just background filler just once. For filler and all. The likelihood that they would jump in now would be a bit too much. We have enough going on... In the future, maybe. But not now. I'm just waiting for Funimation to not fail on their dubbing of the series and let Adult Swim run it already. (Yes, Funimation bought the rights to dub it) FLCL meets PPG anyone? AS will just love it.

P.S. Glad to hear from BR again. I hope he updates how he's doing soon.

Ya, I dunno about Dexter, he hasn't really done anything unforgivable and evil but he did try to murder someone in rage. That's pretty dark. I could see the sword wanting to give him a flesh wound.

I wouldn't be too worried. That sword's blade was forged by the gods specifically to vanquish Evil foes and is effectively harmless against innocents. I know because Aku once tried to use it against Jack to no effect ...as well as to his eternal dismay

Besides, as Sam has already noticed, one PowerPuff Girl is unaccounted for...

@Neferius: I already know the sword doesn't work for people using it for evil intentions. I remember the episode when Aku tried to use it. The only thing Sam can use it for is to raise her defense against flying projectiles like bullets and those D's that Dexter just threw so she'll be a pretty hard target to hit for Honeydew and Dex, so this is mostly a job for the girls (minus Blossom 'cause she obviously went after Bell and her bomb). Well, mainly Buttercup since she doesn't look too happy about how Jack got knocked flat on his ass like that.
