Name: Jack Valentine

Position: Marksman/Brawler

Appearance: Jack is 5ft 11” and weighs 165 pounds has long frayed black hair with a Jafar style goatee, his clothing consists wears a very tall black top hat with a large jack of spades card stuck into it on the left hand side, he wears a long black frilled shirt with a red and black waistcoat that looks like it’s made out of the back of playing cards, he also wears a pair of red trousers that are frayed and ripped near the ankle and big black leather boots. He carries most of his gear on the inside of his waistcoat and laid out similar to the merchant from Resi 4 which strangely Jack has the same accent of.

Weapon of Choice: Gambling items

Attack List Theme: Deadly Gambling
Unlucky 6s: Jack has a pair of dice which can be set alight without them disintegrating from the flames; this allows him to use them as a torch for long hours or to set his enemies on fire through throwing or touching them with the dice.

Explosive Roulette: Jack has a pack of special roulette balls that bare skull and crossbones on them; these balls can be used like grenades to be thrown at ships to create critical damage or at people to send them flying and cause major damage.

Straight blade flush: Jack has a set of special cards that have sharp metal edges which can cut through stone (similar to odd jobs hat) these cards can be used as daggers or to cut rope.

Bar Basher: Jack carries a mace that is made of the handle of a slot machine this is used to beat the living daylights out of those who dare get into close combat with him, the end looks like a fist but has three small spikes sticking out the spaces inbetween each knuckle. He has since modified this so at the push of a button the handle extends and the the mace end changes into Warhammer style mallet that the head is shaped like to outward fists with increased spike length.

Shield of fortune: Jack carries a large roulette wheel on his back which he uses as a shield in combination with his mace to create a knight-like attack style which consists of the classic block and attack.

Lucky 7 A.K.A Lady lucky: A rifle he recieved from Dr. Stitch&Sow while on Ippe Island, it was originally like any other rifle but Jack has modified it to his own specifications, allowing his roulette balls to be fired from it without them exploding in the barrel, if he can do that then he can modify it further.

Personality Defect: Betting, When Jack gets into a wager or a game of chance or risk he’ll always bet too much or start of with very high stakes, this isn’t very good for a pirate as they gamble or bet all the time. Jack also is a pyromaniac and loves fire and to set things on fire and always starts a fight with “You wanna make a bet?”.

Traits: Jack loves to play with cards and is one of the best in terms of poker or blackjack and even solitaire. He also has a high skill in other games of chance but his card skill are his greatest trait.
Alcohol is very important to jack, the more he drinks the more dangerous he becomes, not by rage or agression or anything like that but his skills aren't affected in the slightest, he can still hit has hard as he is sober and shoot just the same, he'll look and act totally drunk but if you fall for this it's your funeral.

Basic Bio: Jack was born on the English coast somewhere near Blackpool, he was brought up mainly by his dad as his mother was a cabaret dancer, his dad was a gambler and a bit of a boozer, but won a lot of money through gambling by looking for other players bluff signs. Jack picked this up and was soon as good as his dad, but during one poker game when he was ten with him, his father and four rather nasty looking pirates his dad was caught cheating as he had a parrot that would whistle 3 times and call a name if that player had a bad hand, letting Jack’s father know if he could win.

The pirates found out and gutted Jack’s father then and there, Jack being terrified of these pirates told them a false name and was let off, after that jack felt ashamed of gambling and swore to never gamble ever again, but when Jack was 19 and was a cabin boy for a good pirate crew he came across the nasty pirates once again this time he told the pirates his real name as he was ready for anything, as they were about to gut jack as well just like his father he pulled out of his waist coat pocket a card, it was the king of spades signifying his father, he set the card alight but it did not shrivel from the flames, the pirates chuckled menacingly as they thought he was bluffing and closed in on him some more but Jack just merely smirked, he threw the card at one of the pirates setting him alight, the pirate then began yelling, screaming and ran around the boat panicking, the other three tried to dampen the flames on him but ended up setting themselves on fire as well, all four pirates died of severe burns. Feeling a sense of vengeance Jack said with a sigh of relief “Dad you will always be the king of spades to me” Jack picked up the card brushed off the flames, kissed it and placed it against his heart.

From that day on Jack gambled in the name of his father and never ever tried to cheat, the spades symbolises dignity and loyalty in his eyes and the jack and king represent him and his father, him being the jack as in his eyes he is less of a man than his father and the king is his father as he was the most respected man Jack ever knew.

Within in his most recent adventures under the Captain Nathan Bastion Jack has faced many marines, he faced Captain Milligan while on Silver Island, his next Marine opponent was a lieutenant Ren one of the strongest he's faced but there may be a rematch soon if the story goes the way it should. He has also faced many other foes in his recent adventures and is one of the most experienced and advanced mebers of the crew.

Goal: To be recognised as the greatest gambler ever and win at a poker table with some of the most ruthless and infamous pirates ever.

Heightened Attribute: Weakness, Jack being a gambler can spot when someone is bluffing, he does the same with boats and sometimes people, he knows where a boats or person’s weak spot is and will aim upon it if it/he/she is a threat or is a target.

Name: Zale Marlin

Position: S-rank Gem-Warlord

Appearance: Zale

Zale's armor is not thick and heavy as one would think, if anything it is the opposite. Crafted of a light but extremely durable alloy found on the grand-line. His armor is a symbol of power as a gem warlord, the 'crown' is his shield. On the grand line he and the other warlords found a cache of powerful gems augmented with the devil fruits 'cursed' power.
His shield is a mixture of pure sapphire and silver, but it's defining point is the large slash mark that has blemished it's otherwise pristine surface. It's defensive capability is higher than even diamond. The edges of his shield serve as a weapon more than his sword does.
His belt is a fine silk cloth with a silver skull emblem, on the forehead is a series of small gems circling a large Sapphire. Every warlord has an identical pattern somewhere on them.

Zale's sword is unique, though you cannot see it from a distance the actual edge of the blade is Sapphire fragments perfectly cut and laced into the blade meaning it never needs to be sharpened and is incredibly durable as well as sharp.

Of all the Gem-warlords, Zale boasts the greatest defensive prowess due to his versatility.
Weapon of Choice: (Make it unusual)

Attack List Theme: Ocean's fury

Tempest rage: A series of slashes followed by a bull-rush of his shield on the tenth outward slash.

Whirlpool: Spinning at a high velocity for a brief moment, slamming his shield or slashing with his sword. Anyone caught in this attack feel the very wind shift towards it, sucking them in with tremendous force thanks to how Zale tilts his shield and sword.

Tidal wave: With a staggering battle roar he charges forward and thrusts with his shield curved, on impact he puts all his might into flinging the opponent into the air. The impact of his shield has been known to be more fatal than landing from this attack.

Perfect storm: His most powerful attack, it's power exceeds all of the other warlords. Focusing on the strange power of the sapphires he creates a series of crystal shards to erupt from his shield and fly towards the area. Upon impact with anything they explode into a torrent of fragments capable of cutting through steel like water.
This attack is unstable and can backfire as it did once in the past, the only thing that saved him was his shields incredible durability. This attack is the reason for the large scar on his otherwise unblemished shield.

Traits: unlike his companions he is extremely honorable. Refusing to attack from behind or take advantage of someone at less than 100% strength in a fight.
None of the other warlords would hesitate to take advantage of any and all momentary weakness.

Devil Fruit:

Basic Bio: Though he refuses to admit to it, Zale was once a lowly coward. In the slums of some backwater town he was raised as a sleuth and a backstabber. He scrounged a living by taking advantage of weakness and lack of foresight and was disgusted by this fact.
When a lone military vessel washed ashore this tiny island, it's crew murdered and hung from the mast destined to serve as a warning, the young boy was stricken with rage unlike any he had witnessed or experienced. He would many years later take revenge on the former pirates known as the "Corpse totem pirates" for their deceitful tactics and disrespect for human life.

While below deck the young Zale found a stone. Not a large one, but it resonated with a strange aura. It calmed Zale and brought him to a mental state of pure focus and clear thought. Instinctively he placed the gem under his headband and proceeded to leave.

3 months later the islands 'pest problem' had been eradicated and the 17 year old boy was gone. In his place was a man that would later be known as the 'Azure reaper' of East blue, one of the two top leaders of the "Gem pirates".

Goal: His motives are a little hazy to even his allies, though he states to have ambitions of overthrowing the government and ruling the sea he seems more focused on being a peaceful neutral. His faction is currently in control of only 1 island, but it is the largest island of all the 'Gem kingdom'.
If anyone had to take a guess, all Zale wants it to be left alone.

Heightened Attribute: Incredibly wise and well trained, rumor has it he took a devil fruit that lets him read your moves before you've even thought about it.

Name: Artemis Flint

Position: S-rank Gem-warlord

Appearance: Human Form.

Weapon of Choice: Artemis has two gauntlets on his arms, both very different yet serve the same purposes. During his transformation they dissolve along with his flesh.

Attack List Theme: Slashes and tackle moves.

Ruby-swipe - Artemis launches a vicious and incredibly fast series of slashes with his clawed hands that instead of cutting dig out parts of flash and armor with remarkable ease.

Cinder-palm thrust - A very powerful open-hand attack that is amplified with heat generated from the rubies on the attackers arm, often causing an immense distribution of searing heat on impact. Known to let loose a trail of destructive flames.

Nightmare - Taking his most powerful shapeshifted form, Artemis becomes incredibly durably and light on his feet. His appearance is coated by the Gems reproductive nature further transforming him into what appears to be a demon.

Traits: Vicious and cunning, Vincent will not hesitate to kill a subordinate or dismember an ally. Commands immense loyalty and is a widely known combat enthusiast with a legend for never being beaten in any scenario.
His prowess in hand to hand combat has branded him the top killer in recorded history, having killed 3 former admirals single-handedly.

Devil Fruit?: Bone-bone fruit. (On activation, burns off the users flesh to reveal the bones below. Increases skeletal durability to a point stronger than steel.)

Basic Bio: Nobody knows anything about Artemis other than the large ruby implanted in his forhead, some speculate it is the source of his power and others say he was born with it. The offspring of a demon, the stone being some hellish power generator. Whatever the real case is, it is not known to anybody nor Artemis who suffered a memory lapse 15 years ago.

After gaining power to the tainted ruby-gem he founded the Gem-Warlords with Zale as his co-leader while commanding a legion of pirates of his own. His cruelty and lust for battle making him a walking god to those whom work for him.

Goal: To annihalate the world government and recreate the world in HIS image.

Name: Sarah Orlana

Position: A-rank Gem-Warlord

Appearance: Sarah.

Standing at 5'6" with a lithe muscular build and long dirty blonde hair, Sarah is an exceptional woman when it come's to looks. Years of fighting and war have made this relatively young woman the perfect blademaster of the Warlords. her skin is a rather light complexion with little scarring or other such marks that show she's ever been injured.
Her boots cover just over her knee's and are strapped to hold her form perfectly, the boots give amazing traction and mobility despite how obtrusive they look. Her long baggy silk pants allow free movement of her things without being too revealing or 'flashy'.

Sarah wears a two-piece ceremonial dress that is dark black with a deep purple border, buttoned up on the front for the long shirt and a zipper with 2 buttons on her right hip, the long upwards cut on her left leg allows her to freely shift stances easily aswell as add a 'feminine touch' to the overall appearance.

Her belt is a simple thick leather belt that covers her stomach with a smaller silk belt overtop with a strong white color to it. On the center of the belt is a large Amethyst with smaller gems around it symbolizing her place in the Gem-Warlords. Her right wrist has a fingerless leather glove with plated Amethyst placed on after the other overlapping all the way to just below her elbow. The opposite arm has a short fingerless leather glove with a golden wrist-band overtop.

Weapon of Choice: Sarah's prized sword.
Despite it's looks the blade itself is nearly weightless but on impact seems incredibly heavy. The secret is the Amethyst tied to the sword and the scabbard.

Attack List Theme:

Impact - A strong overhand attack that crushes the opponents defense with sheer weight, often either destroying the enemy weapon/shield or pushing the opponent down to one knee allowing a follow-up attack.

Pierce - A strong thrust that brings the full weight of the weapon behind it causing a huge compressed blast of air known to cut through anything caught in it's path. Rumors say it can even break through the Sapphire shield Zale uses.

Slash and bash - Taking up the scabbard and using it as both an offensive and defensive item, Sarah increases her attacks speed but lowers the impact of each hit by half.

Purple flash - The strange guard of her sword glows for a brief moment before flowing up Sarah's arm. The blade is placed back in the scabbard before taking a new draw-stance. The resulting slash combines *impact and *Pierce. This attack has been known to cleave multiple enemies and shatter armor all at once.

Traits: Sarah is extremely cheerful and never frowns, but behind her smile is a sadness that seems almost surreal. A great tragedy befell her and it shows more clearly than the smile could ever hope to cover.

Devil Fruit?: None

Basic Bio: Sarah is the daughter of late master Orlana, a renowned blademaster for the World Government responsible for training every high ranking or privileged soldier thoroughly, resulting in by far the strongest group of warriors in the time. After a falling out with the government he was ordered to execute himself for refusing to train assassins and spies for covert operations.

Sarah was 23 when her father died and has inherited his weapon before killing the man who ordered the execution. She soon fled to a small city and fell in love with a Young doctor. When pirates attacked she was abandoned at the alter and supposedly left for dead. Sarah had instead killed the invaders and proven a unique prowess with the blade and was offered to join the crew as the new captain, since she had killed the previous one. Years later she has become the Amethyst Gem-Warlord.

Not a day has passed that she does not curse the man she gave her heart to only to watch it cut from her chest once more.

Goal: To be the greatest Blademaster who ever lived.

Name: Charles Sunstriker

Position: Topaz Gem warlord

Appearance:Charles.

Weapon of Choice: Griever uses an incredibly heavy blade made of the finest steel and made by a renowned weapons crafter, the blade itself is the symbol of Charles' station; Topaz. Its edge is so perfect it is said to cleave through the very air itself when swung, unfortunately the gem is incredibly heavy so it make's swinging the blade extremely difficult. A chain is attached to the hilt of the sword that is made of the same material as the blade to keep Topaz from ever losing his weapon and opens up to an array of all sorts of deadly attacks without risk of the blade cutting the chain that holds it.

Attack List Theme: Thunder storm.

Eye of the Storm: Topaz swings the blade of his massive weapon in a 360 degree spin around him

Bolt: Topaz charges forward and swings downward with all of his might at his opponent.

Thunderstruck: Topaz drops one hand from his massive blade and does a strong forward fist slam attack.

Red Lightning: Topaz charges towards and past his opponent swinging his blade horizontally to cut him or her in two.

Tempest: A flurry of strong and incredibly quick strikes.

Cataclysm: Topaz takes a hold of the durable chain that connects the sword to his arm and swings the heavy thing towards his opponent, or around him if he’s surrounded, allowing him to overcome opponents who prefer to fight at a distance.

Traits: Topaz is an extremely loyal member of the Gem warlords due to their cause, but he has a growing unease about how they plan to cause a change to the world. He dislikes the corrupted governments ways and will go to any length to help the men and women of the world into a better life.

Devil Fruit?: None.

Basic Bio: Charles was born to nobility and was raised as a king-to-be, but over his young life he was taught to be honorable when faced with a tough decision or a fight. Trained to be a protector of the weak and break the cycle of corrupted political power that had take hold of his to-be kingdom.
When his father was executed, an elder brother stepped forward from the shadows with falsified birth certificates and blood records to prove he was the 'rightful heir', nobody bothered to see if it was real or not. Charles was exiled from his homeland on the spot to make sure he didn't testify.

Over his young life, the boy met with a pirate crew who had big plans. Plans that would shake the government and give them total control over everything, they said that the world would be changed for the better. He fought for 20 long years and earning many great scars, at some point he found the Topaz blade while his 'brothers' found their own strange and powerful gems to call their own. Together they have conquered north blue but at what cost?
Innocents still suffered and the evil ones were still in control...

Goal: To make the world a better place for human beings.

Heightened Attribute: Charles has trained with the Topaz blade for many years, resulting in massive arm strength to wield the blade to it's fullest potential.

Name: Marcus Hex

Position: Onyx Gem warlord

Appearance: Warlord battle attire.

Weapon of Choice: Marcus fights with a series of metal chains that hang from his clothing, each chain in total is about 40 individual rings, every 3rd ring there is a small jagged spike jutting out of the links.
In total he has 8 different chains, each one seems to be controlled flawlessly by it's wielder.

Attack List Theme: Serpent's sting

Fang: Forward impact attack with his chains

Slither: The chains curve midair to throw off his enemy

Wrap: Wraps his enemy in binding chains

Pounce: All 8 chains attack at once.

Traits: A Sadist and a homosexual.

Devil Fruit?: None

Basic Bio: The onyx gemlord has always been flamboyant, in both how he speaks to others and how he fights. A constant flirt and never really attentive to the situation, yet somehow a master combatant with the odd weaponry he fights with by using them for attack and defense in one strange blend.
The onyx gem has an odd property to its surface, light cannot escape it. When he sinks to the shadows there is only the rattling of chains while the rest is pure darkness. Even a torch directly in front of the mans onyx gem will not reveal the trickster in his element of darkness.

His notoriety was peaked when a high ranking member of the world government was killed in his own home surrounded by guards, the body was found with multiple slash wounds and in his underwear. A single small onyx gem was forced into the mans forhead after he had been strangled to death.
In current times he uses his skills as a front-man for the coliseum in a large trade city to attract foreign customers and pirates.

Goal: To rule the entire marine army and have them serve him like slaves.

Heightened Attribute: Skill with chains.
Years of using his chains as a weapon has given him the ability to curve them midair and bind enemies with no effort on his part.

The CS I put up is just something I whipped up to give you an idea of your end-game boss. Though you will be meeting him in the first chapter as a kind of "You have the potential but not the skill" kinda motivation that steels your resolve to be the best.

Name: Mister Stitch & Sow

Real Name: Doctor Klaus Greyhen

Position: Doctor

Appearance:

Mister Stitch & Sow has unusual taste in clothes and has a mask with no eye holes. He wears a purple top hat with its top tore off and a cape, a bright blue dress jacket with a crimson vest, a white dress shirt with bright orange pants, and dark brown gloves and work boots. To make matters worst, All of his clothes are made of different patches of cloths, which the styles of those cloths ranges from zigzag, polka dots, stripes,checkers, and vertical checkers. His mask however is just a plain piece of light-brown cloth with red and green buttons sewn where the eye holes were supposed to be opened. Another odd thing about Mister Stitch & Sow is that he has hay coming out of the sleeves, pant legs, and in between the button gaps of his dress shirt. He also carries with him a navy blue burlap bag stuffed with all his equipment especially his sewing gear.

When transformed with his trick or treat ability, Mister Stitch& Sow aka Klaus Greyhen becomes what he looked like before he consumes the fruit. His appearance is of a young man with pale skin, sea green eyes, and black hair. Klaus also sports a golden monocle on his left eye.. His strange different colored suit becomes one color, which said color can either be brown, red, purple or black. Finally his ripped hat, becomes whole and actually matches said suit along with the cape, he usually wears.

Weapon of Choice:

Mister Stitch& Sow wields Akimatsuri (Autumn Festival) blade, one of the 40 fine grade swords.

Attack List Theme:

(Sixteen Pumpkins per Battle) Hallo-Hallo-Pumpkin Parade

It doesn’t matter if he has ground or seeds as his little pumpkin minions will sprout anywhere including within Mister Stitch & Sow. Once they are fully grown, they will pop right out of the ground or from Mister Stitch & Sow, and will start demanding orders from their master as they want to use their lives serving him as spies, handymen, assistances, allies in combat, kamikazes, or whatever. Unfortunately, Mister Stitch is able to only create four minions at a time. They are able to speak and surprisingly it’s in English to Mister Stitch &Sow or to others, and apparently they seem have their creator’s memories as well as taste in hats and can mentally make contract with him, where ever he is. Through their pumpkin shells can be easily bashed in, their thick wooden limbs are hard enough to block blunt weaponry held by strong beings and defend against musket rounds. Swordsmen with their cutlasses are still a problem, however, the candle inside them, their life force, allows them to spew fireballs or blow a constant stream of flames. The four names of the four pumpkin minions are Dex, Hex, Tex, and Nex, and believe it or not, through they share the same memories, they have different personalities and skill sets. Tex prefers to use two pistols and shoot wildly, Dex usually uses one pistol and prefers be precise with it, Nex wears a bucket as a helmet and a boom, and Hex charges with two daggers, he also enjoys throwing them and if he could, he would use a machete.


-Fireworks: This command tells the pumpkins to explode very soon.
-Red Parade: If pumpkin seeds are soaking in red slime and become pumpkin minions, this commands also tells them to explode, but with a more powerful explosion.
-Fright night: This commands all the pumpkins to spew fireballs at a particular target.

(Four times of use) Hallo-Hallo-Tentacl-tat-icular Experience

From within Mister Stitch & Sow is terrible a tentacle monster that sprouts out deadly ….puns. No seriously, it is a tentacle monster(more like a Venus fly trap that wants to eat more than flies) that rips out Mister Stitch & Sow’s chest (kind of like the chest bursters from Alien.) to feed upon his enemies by dragging them closer with theirs tentacles that wrap around their victim. The monster possesses six tentacles that are harder than steel, have a length of 20 meters, and is strong enough to lift and toss cannons with one tentacle. The tentacle monster’s grip is tougher than a lid of a pickles jar as it won’t let go until the victim is devoured or the victim escapes. It spews Mister Stitch& Sow's acidic slime to make devouring enemies easier and its teeth are as sharp as swords as it gnaws. Through the tentacles vines can defend against cutlasses and cannonballs, the monster itself is vulnerable to gun fire and swords. Unlike the pumpkin minion, it has no sense of self, and is blindly loyal to Stitch& Sow as long as he feeds it meat. Sickening part of this is, whatever it tastes, Stitch& Sow tastes it as well.

-Monster Mash: The tentacles thrash wildly around the area to brash and smash anything around it.

(Four times of use) Hallo-Hallo-Regeneration Circus

If Mister Stitch &Sow is destroyed by an explosion or whatever the cause, he’ll be able to regeneration back to his normal self thanks to the bugs and plants that reside in his body. The pumpkin could act as a head if Mister Stitch & Sow is missing his head, the vines could act as his arms, and the roots would be legs, while the bugs try to gather up Mister Stitch & Sow’s missing body parts to restore him to normal.

(Four times of use) Hallo-Hallo-Slime Surprise

Mister Stitch & Sow is able to expel red slime from within his body and control it with his own will making the slime do anything he desires. The slime could consume enemies slowly dissolving them, tentacle slap them, or explode if you add fire to the slime as the slime itself is flammable. It also has other interesting properties like healing allies instead of dissolving them when the slime consumes friends and has a buoyancy than water so great for attacking swimming enemies and making huge holes into wooden ships. It's also able to solidify into a sticky and stretchy goo, that is able hold the toughest of foes and stretch to ridiculous lengths.


-Gusher: This command allows Stitch to spray a lot of slime at his foes, an open palm attack.
-Surprise: this command infos the slime to engulf an enemy. Of course this is used when the slime is already on the field or what not. Great for surprising an enemy who just walked onto his slime.
-Gag Goo: This command causes the slime to solidify.

(Four times of use) Hallo-Hallo-Bug Carnival

Mister Stitch & Sow is able to expel the bugs that live within his body. The bugs range from spiders and night crawlers to beetles and moths (silk worms too.) that will attach themselves to his enemies to annoy them or act like the pumpkin minions and do some odds for Mister Stitch & Sow. Unlike the pumpkin minions, they don’t explode and every time Mister Stitch &Sow is on land, the insects or spiders of that piece of land will find its way to him and burrow inside his body to join the other ranks of bugs, adding more to the bug collection he calls his body.

Haunted House: This command allows Stitch to command cockroaches. This is used for putting fear into people than an actual attack.
- - This command allows Stitch to command bees as well as launch them out of his body and tells those bees to sting.
-Wrathful Wasps: This command allows Stitch to command wasps as well as launch them out of his body and tells those hornets to sting.
-Heavy Lifter Contest: This command allows Stitch to command Hercules Beetles as well as launch them out of his body.
-Security: This command allows Stitch to command Flies. This is more for gathering data than attacking.
-Weaver Festival: This command allows Stitch to command Spiders, Moths, and silk worms to do his bidding.
*Theater: tells them to make an outfit similar to Stitch’s.
* Winter Holiday: tells them to give Stitch heavy clothing. Heavy Clothing like winter wear.

Hallo-Hallo-Trick or Treat

This allows him to transform into his human form, only in appearance and with the same clothing. With this ability, he can blend in as his regular old self, except with his pale skin, cold feeling skin, and no heart beat, but beyond that normal. Killed in this form, he would revert to his booegy man form in a gruesome transformation or if he commands it, so its great to horrify unsuspecting victims, either on purpose or on accident.


Personality Defect:

-Mister Stitch & Sow‘s curiosity would be his major weakness as he’s always asking questions and is often trying to seek answers for those questions. Even through his curiosity is his weakness, he can’t help as it ranges from opening a Mysterious box, suspicious stranger, or something strange, he’ll have to find out what it is. And other than his curiosity that gets him into trouble is his need to destroy bad/strong pirates. If he hears a word or a mention of evil pirate activities on an island, he will go out of his way to find them and dispose of them.

-Another would be coming up with terrible jokes.



Traits:

Like his namesake Mister Stitch & Sow, loves to stitch and sow either on cloths or his victims…err patients from time to time. It helps him think and relax in a situation, of course, in combat it is a little more difficult so he pretends to sow something if he is backed into a corner and needs to ponder his next move. Other than that is Mister Stitch& Sow's deductions as some come very close to a truth.

He also has a fondness for tricks and puppets, but he has hardly has the time for playing pranks so he uses the puppet housed inside his hat to make jokes, horrible jokes. Through his ventriloquism has proven to be useful for other situations.



Devil Fruit?:

Yes, The Hallo-Hallo Fruit, which makes the user the living embodied of things that go bump in the night. It starts with the body of the user to transform into the shape and the form of a scarecrow, after that creepy crawlers burrow into the body as the organ’s of the user are dead and become an all bug-buffet and while the insects munch and munch away at the user’s former body, dirt and the user’s choice of plants can be added to the mix to complete the user’s freighting transformation. The user, who eats this fruit, becomes immortal in a way as slicing and shooting will not kill him and has the power to cause fear in his enemies as he is a living bogie-man. Yet that isn’t really saying much, so in detail Mister Stitch and Sow‘s powers range from controlling certain plants like pumpkins and Venus fly traps by mutating them and having them grow within his body, manipulating flammable slime that oozes from his body, commanding the bugs, the very bugs that live inside his body and maintain it to do battle with his enemies. Currently, he working on sword techniques that work with his devil fruit powers.


Main Weakness: Other than being submerged in water, is fire.

Basic Bio:


Doctor Klaus Greyhen, was once a travelling physician, in search of various ingredients to cure different ailments and to personally meet with various doctor to discuss medical practices. Back then, Greyhen had a strong wanderlust and could easily get on board ships, whenever he often his services. In his early twenties, he earned himself a good reputation in the medical community as well as made a few friends in the navy, a small number since Greyhen treated everyone equally as long as they were injured, pirates. However, little did anyone know he actually hated pirates with a passion, but as a doctor, he took the hypocritical oath seriously and kept his biased opinions to himself.

By age 27, Greyhen courted a young gal named Clara Redelion, finally ending his travelling days. A years and a few months pass, Three nights before their wedding, Greyhen on his little sailboat, sails to a nearby island to get rid of his pre-marriage jitters, to discover a lone treasure chest. Being, who he was, Greyhen couldn't help, but open it to discover fruit, devil fruit of all things. He has seen others that possessed strange powers and read articles from other doctors about them, but never had he ever, seen one of those accursed fruit in person. No one around on a seemingly deserted isle, Klaus took the fruit, treating it as a discovery than an ill omen.

Unfortunately for Klaus, when he returned to the main island, it was being pillaged by blood thirsty pirates with a pirate flag, he was unfamiliar with. As soon as he stepped foot onto land and taking matters into his own hand, Greyhen ate the devil fruit, reasoning whatever strange power it would bestow upon him could aid in the fight against the invaders. What Klaus did not foresee, was the strange fruit killing him as soon as he had ingested it. He woke the next day to find his island become ash and its people hanging on trees.

Greyhen spent the next years, searching for the pirates responsible for that name. He changed his name to Stitch& Sow in shame for surviving and for his foolish. He later found out that the pirate captain that issued the orders and partake in those horrendous acts, was one of the Gem Warlords. Mister Stitch& Sow is now 40, and all his leads have gone cold, he now acts as physician on a lonely island somewhere.




Goal:

The Human-Human fruit to make himself a man again as he desires to walk amongst the living without being called a freak show; however what he truly desires is to seek revenge on those that destroyed his past life before he changes back.

Heightened Attribute: Observational skills and Learning Ability

Name: Coil

Position: Pet

Appearance: Coil essentially looks like a stuffed toy version of a bird with arm and legs, with dust colored feathers, shriveled skin, a bloated belly, extremely skinny twisted limbs and a pair of huge, unmoving, hair-raising, doll-like eyes. Complimenting the entire image is a pair of tiny and horribly crooked, white wings on his back. Coil’s entire body is marred with dirt and wounds, several which were wrapped in ragged bandages even before Coil met Loop.

Weapon of Choice: None, coil is essentially useless in a fight. Thankfully, Coil is such a pathetic looking creature that half the time no-one bothers attacking him and the other half Loop’s nobility defect forces him to defend him whenever he’s in trouble. Even if Loop would frankly want to throttle the little bugger himself.

Attack List Theme:

Adorable Telepathy: Coil has the strange ability to communicate telepathically with anyone in his immediate area. Unfortunately for Loop, unbeknown to him, Coil only communicates with him, leaving Loop to appear, well, loopy by talking (and most usually screaming) at a seemingly lethargic and dim animal.

Cuteness beam: Coil attempts to charm the people around him into doing what he wants by using his innate cute animal charm. In reality Coil projects an aura of such pathetic-ness and depression that causes everyone to around him to unconsciously serve his whims just for the sheer pity they take at him.

Lovely flight: Coil uses the small wings on his back to lazily float from one place to another. Surprisingly, in the rare chance that coil is active and driven, he can transverse distances at nearly blinding speeds.

Delightful Nightmare stare: When coil fixes his horrible, unblinking eyes at a person, he causes them to suffer horrible Goosebumps and unease.

Irresistible call: For one reason or the other Coil start cawing unstoppably. Needless to say, it’s very annoying to the audience.

Sweet appearance: Coil has the very bad habit and ‘ability’ to seemingly vanish from somewhere safe and isolated when no-one is looking and appear where he’s least wanted or welcomed.

Personality defect: Coil is a very, very infuriating being, at least for Loop. He constantly criticizes, insults and annoys him. Coil also tends demand nearly impossible and annoying things from the knight which, due to his own personality defect, he if unable to refuse. To the onlookers, Coil appears as a extremely lethargic, eerily silent, deeply pitiable and shockingly stupid creature, that finds even moving to be a bother.

Personality defect: Coil is a very curious creature, often following his curiosity to dangerous situations. At the same time Coil is extremely lazy and annoying.

Traits: Coil tends to stay completely immobile at a single spot of his choice until things around him start to get messy and chaotic or until food’s ready. Any who attempt to remove him from his spot against his wishes, find that Coil somehow manages to superglue himself on what he sits on with incredible strength. Even if one manages to throw him away, Coil always manages to mysteriously reappear of his chosen spot after a few moments. When he does decide to move, Coil flaps his wings and feebly hovers to his destination. When he wants to follow a person or object he simply sits upon it, sticking on like a leach, until he gets bored or reaches his destination. The sound coil makes when he speaks is an extremely annoying caw. When things start to get interesting, Coil has the habit to inexplicably vanish when no-one is looking and appears at places where he’s most likely to get into or cause trouble or at places where he’s not expected.

Devil Fruit?: Nomu Nomu no Mi aka the Suppression Fruit.

Basic Bio: No one really knows much about Coil’s past, not even coil himself. One day he simply woke up in the middle of a forest, in some unknown island with a huge bump on his head, a splitting headache, a hole in the dense trees above and no memory of what, where and who he was.

Coil lived on the island until one day, as he was chased by a bear Loop appeared to save him, name him and adopt him in order to find somewhere safe for him to leave. As they traveled, Coil, found several things of interest around him and promptly moved to study them, to his delight he discovered that Loop was hell-bend to follow him, help him and protect him, no matter where he went or what he did.

Eventually Coil’s eyes fell upon an extremely interesting crew. It’s only natural that the duo ended up sticking with them in the long run.

Goal: Learn more things about the world around him so as to learn his true identity as a being. Still, he’s definitely not in a hurry, as he wants to enjoy life to the fullest along the way, even if he gets other people in trouble in the meantime.

Heightened Attribute: Pathetic-ness

Name: Loop Lionheart

Appearance:

Loop is a tall and relatively thin man with black hair pulled to a spiky ponytail and with emerald eyes. His outfit consists of a silver chest plate, shoulder and neck guards strapped to his person via several black buckles, a pair of yellow boots and black buggy trousers. A ivory piece of cloth, complimented by several dangling buckles, is left to hang from beneath his white shirt to cover the entire length of his left leg. He is usually seen carrying a curved silver rod, his spring blade, over his shoulders.

Weapon of Choice: Loop’s weapon of choice, like that of all Knights of the Royal Coil, is the one and only spring blade. The spring blade is simple yet powerful weapon whose power lies in the nearly blinding speeds it can move when drawn.

It is a masterpiece of a blade with an unimaginably powerful, yet small, spring placed on top of its handle, taking the place of the hilt guard. The spring itself, although possessing but a few loops, is made of an incredibly stiff metal alloy that can gather tons of potential energy when coiled. The blade is perpetually carried within a simple scabbard, which leaves the spring at the end of the weapon always coiled and prepared to be drawn. To prevent the blade from shooting outwards the handle is screwed upon the scabbard.

Thus, when needed, wielder of the spring blade releases the weapon with a simple twist of the wrist, simultaneously unleashing the power of the coiled spring within which allows him to draw, slice and sheath the weapon in a mere fragment of a second.

When in the scabbard, the spring blade looks like meter and a half, curved silver rod with the only indication of separation between the handle and the scabbard being a black ring at the end of each.

Attack List Theme:

Hidden spring: Even when the spring blade rests in its scabbard it can be a formidable blunt weapon. Hidden spring a way of swordsmanship used when a Knight of the Royal Coil refuses to resort to lethal force. It involves using the sheathed blade as a club and rabidly transferring it across one’s body by twisting it around the limbs and torso. The peculiar movements of the weapon across the user’s body render this as a very unpredictable and versatile technique.

Spring Rain: Loop draws the blade several times in quick succession in such speeds that it appears as if he barely moved the blade from its scabbard before re-sheathing it. The action is so fast that to the onlookers it seems merely as if a wall of silver slashes materializes around him. Loop’s current limit is four slices per Spring Rain.

Spring Breeze: When first facing long range combat, Loop discovered that he had to get creative in order to win. Thus he created this specific technique, which turns any random object around him into a weapon. Loop quickly draws his blade and stabs it in an object deep enough and with enough force to cause its spring to coil. Then Loop simply points his sword at his enemy a split second before the object he skewered is send hurling like a bullet. Furthermore, the recoil of the shot allows to him instantly re-sheath his blade.

Spring Storm: Yet another technique developed with long range fighting in mind. Similarly to Spring Rain Loop draws the blade several times in quick succession. Unlike in Spring Rain though, Loop lashes out with the back of his blade, batting away anything within a meter’s radius of him directly at the enemy.

Spring Step: A special movement skill that allows Loop to transverse short distances nearly instantaneously. Loop coils the muscles of his legs and lower back, gathering strength, before unleashing it all in a single leaping motion. Depending on how much time Loop spends to gather strength, the speed and distance which he can move increases. The downside on the spring step lies in the fact that his legs and waist must be immobile as he gathers power.

Spring Force: A variation of the spring steps that applies to Loop’s arms. This gives him the ability to fight hand to hand against physically stronger foes yet bares the same limitations as the spring step, as in, his arms must be immobile as he gathers strength.

Spring Force Drive: A variation of spring force that also allows Loop to perform high speed desperation slices and thrusts with his sword when he is without his scabbard. The Spring Force Drive can unleash only one slice comparable to that of a Spring Rain attack per a few seconds of charge.

Spring lance: Loop’s strongest long range attack in which he swings his sheathed sword with all his might before twisting the scabbard off the hilt with a powerful push of the thumb. This sends the scabbard drilling through the air, straight at his opponent with inhuman speeds and frightening accuracy. This attack unfortunately leaves Loop without a scabbard from which to draw, which forces him to rely of pure swordsmanship until he retrieves it.

A knight’s perfect drawing of spring: This is Loop’s strongest attack by far. During his perfectly drawn spring Loop uses Spring Step in conjunction with Spring Force to perform a single, yet abnormally fast and powerful, leaping Spring Rain slice. To the onlooker this attack appears as if he draws a perfectly horizontal path of silver on the air as he moves. This move requires a full minute of immobilization to be used, at least in its proper form; as such Loop only uses it when he’s feeling suicidal.

Personality Defect: Loop is noble to a fault. He would go out of his way to help anyone even in the slightest hint of trouble, even if the problem would be something that could be considered insignificant or a mere annoyance. He’s noble to the point that he finds himself unable to attack a helpless or beaten individual, even if that person is an enemy. There are very few ends to which Loop will not go in order to aid his fellow man, whether he is human or animal. But how far he goes to help someone is not the issue; the problem lies in the fact that nobility is simply something that was (quite literally) pounded in him during his training as a Knight of the Royal Coil. Even if he hates it or consciously recognizes it as bothersome, his body is practically hardwired to act nobly and does so at nearly any given chance, sometimes before Loop even realizes what he’s doing.

Traits: Loop is kind and helpful to nearly everyone, save but a few overly bothersome individuals, namely Coil. He has a great dislike for anything illegal and unjust, ironically, due to his ingrained nobility, Loop finds himself unwillingly helping a great number of outlaws when he sees them vulnerable, needing or defenseless. Needless to say, Loop greatly despises that personal trait his, which he is unfortunately unable to overwrite without a great deal of effort or, sometimes, at all. Loop also has the habit of using words and expressions related to springs when he talks or when he names things, even if what he says comes out as weird or nonsensical.

Devil Fruit?: While a few of his fellow knights use them, Loop never found it necessary to find one.

Basic Bio: Loop was born in the Twisting islands in West Blue. The Twisting Islands are relatively large network of drifting landmasses, floating within a giant never-ending whirlpool which, depending on which current and level of the whirlpool each island lies on, sends them to eternally circle a set path inside it. By creating bridges on each island, the people of the Twisting Islands can easily transverse to the other landmasses when in their respective courses, the bridges built on them meet. The people of the Twisting Islands are ruled by single king, whose castle engulfs the single tiny island in the center of the giant whirlpool.

While the king of the twisting islands is in alliance of the World Government and its Navy, the constant chaotic environment created by the whirlpool forced him to create an order of guards to act as the first line of defense against all those who bring harm to their lands. That order are the Knights of Royal Coil. Taken as children from either families or orphanages and trained an early age, these warriors are the champions of of the Twisting islands, acting both as commanders of the Kingdom’s troops and captains of its few battleships. Each of these elite warriors holds great power and authority, which publicly shown by their possession of their Kingdom’s secret weapon which they are all awarded upon the completion of their training, the all-mighty spring blade.

Loop himself was originally an orphan leaving in the streets if the kingdom’s separate villages. His incredible martial prowess, strength and speed, eventual led to his induction Royal order as a disciple of its leader himself. After several years of grueling training and conditioning, Loop was finally gifted with knighthood and his own Spring blade.

As a newly initiated yet highly promising member of the knights, Loop was ordered to go upon a great quest through the world by his King, in order to find a way to end the great age of piracy and find the path to a new age of peace and prosperity. Loop was only too happy to oblige and soon started to sail around the world in search of the answer to his give question.

Quite unfortunately, Loop’s unnaturally hard training left him with the very ‘bad’ habit of constantly being dragged off course by the values of nobility that were pounded in his body during the time of his ‘education’ underneath the leader of his order. As a result Loop is continuously being side-tracked from his objective to go to the aid of any troubled individual or creature he comes across.

Such is the case of his current predicament. During his travels, Loop’s eyes fell upon the most pathetic creature he had ever laid eyes on, in other words Loop met his ‘pet’ which he himself, named Coil. With Coil being a creature that constantly found itself into unpleasant situations and with Loop’s ingrained compulsion to protect it, Loop ended up randomly wondering the seas in pursuit of the animal and somehow was branded as a pirate and a basket case during the whole mess.

Loop now finds himself upon this specific pirate ship, simply because Coil sneaked on it when he wasn’t looking and now it refuses to permanently remove itself from the rest of crew.

Yet, even while being dragged kicking and screaming into the world of piracy, Loop is still looking the answer to his king’s quest. In other words, the path to a new age of peace.

Goal: To complete his quest by finding the path to a new age of peace and prosperity

Heightened Attribute: Loop’s prominent attributes are Perception and Reflex speed.

I'd like to reserve a brawler; I'm trying to think up a really great idea, but I'm having trouble with the ambitions, etc. I'll keep brewing on it.

EDIT: Oh, the Brawler position has been taken? Hm. Maybe I'll take the Cook, then. Either way, I'll come up with something.
