I think you should work on building a framework when you're drawing people.

It's a bird? IT'S A PLANE! NO, IT'S A- oh wait, it was a bird... And what a bird it is... Reminds me of a grown up version of this one I drew when I was in grade school. It was actually pretty good for my age :D He was using his egg shell like a runaway baby basket... God, I have to find a way to post it now.
