Didn't see that one coming. I do dislike the whole 'I am your Father' thing because of how stale and old it is, but I have to say this twist does have some freshness and flavour to it. Look forward to seeing what happens next.

This is just a way to tie this story with that of Afterbirth. 2 new characters come into play and both are half ghost half human kind of crap. So needless to say who was the boner to produce such jizz.

Well, I've seen this coming for a very long time.

From what I've seen, Mandy only married Grim so she could get knocked up with all of the underworld's super powers' children, which she would then create an army of babies and rule the underworld!

There goes my perverted mind again.

One doesn't run into the individuals with the necessary equipment to handle what Mandy needs down in the netherworld all that often.

I would not be surprised if grim one day finally rips Mandy's soul because of this. After all the only reason she can't die is because grim never ripped her soul when her hour glass ran out.
