That's the way the Japanese are informing children about the situation. It's weird like typical Japanese stuff, but also serious as well. No parent in Japan wants their children to freak out after all.

well when the hole thing started my sub contractor wondered why they didn't just bring some deisal pumps or some firetrucks in run a line up and cool the reactors that way. And I wondered why they didn't send some robots into the facility. Apparently a week after we talked about it they brought some firetrucks up and brought in some robots from massachusetts.

The warning for the tsunami was revoked was because the earthquake didn't cause a tsunami. It's an aftershock but I don't see how that's at all related to a warning being rescinded.
