I worked at Culver's for a year and it was alright. I snuck cheese curds all the time. Delicious little buggers. Out the 3, I think I prefer straight ice cream. Especially from Paciguo.

Since I'm sharing it on Facebook, I guess I'll share this here too. It's my late grandma's cookie recipe.

Grandma Rosalina's cookie recipe

1 kg / 2.2 lbs (4 cups) of wheat flour.
1 cup of sugar. (can be less if wanted)
4 eggs.
4 tablespoons of margarine.
4 tablespoons of lard.
1 tea spoon of refined salt.
1 tea spoon of baking powder.

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Melt the lard and margarine and set aside to cool.
3. Combine the sugar and eggs in a bowl.
4. In a seperate bowl, combine all dry ingredients.
5. Slowly add dry ingredients to the egg and sugar mixture
6. Add lard and margarine mixture
7. Mix until ingredients are well combined.
8. Shape cookies into desired shape.
9. Place cookies on a greased cookie sheet and place in preheated oven for 25 minutes. If cookies are not finished keep baking until done, checking every 5-7 minutes.
