Spells/Unique abilities or equipment: No unique spells or abilities. Aside from a pack of clothes, the only equipment Kyle carries is a tall staff of polished, wooden finish.
Appearance: Kyle stands at five feet and seven inches. His hair is a bright shade of strawberry blonde. His eyes both a deep shade of brown that resembles dark maroon. The pupil of his right eye is slightly smaller than usual, and the other pupil is a contrasting large size. His skin is very pale, though in the manner that he looks sick instead of more appealing types of white flesh. Both of his hands are covered in scars and cuts. His left cheek has a long scar starting from his left eyebrow and reaching his jaw line. And he has a spot on the left side of his scalp -- toward the back -- where his hair won’t grow due to a thick scar caused by a blunt strike to the head. (Clothing will be described as they’re worn IC.)
Weapon: Staff. Just a normal, sturdy staff with a wood finish. As far as Keith knows, anyway. In truth, he just had it with him one day and never knew why. Nor does he know why he never wants to get rid of it.
Personality: Bizarre, odd, weird, random, and just commonly perplexing to understand. He sees things quite often, and just as often they aren’t even real. Same goes for the voices. Though, he does sometimes get rare moments of insight into situations that most would think he’d know nothing about. And a second later, he would agree, as he would have no clue what he was saying. He can sometimes be downright cowardly, preferring to run and dodge assaults than to try dealing with an obstacle. Though, from time to time, it can be seen under extreme circumstances of anger and hatred, Keith exhibits greater competence and skill during battle. Though doesn’t always work, and so the proper conditions are still unknown.
Quirks: Hates zombies. Further explored as he sometimes sees them at random, even if not there.
Thinks everything is some dream he’ll wake up from soon.
Never quite sure of his own gender.
Hates most insects.
A wide variety of deluded visions and situations easily occur, too many to list.
Bio: Kyle’s past is wild, blurred, foggy, and just bad. His earliest clear memories are of his time in a mental hospital. Apparently, he needed meds. While they kept him from seeing and hearing things that weren’t there, they also seemed to make sure he wouldn’t even notice things that really were there. But what he could remember was having one friend there who helped him cope with everything. Including keeping him safe from another patient with violent tendencies.
But when she was released, he was all alone and defenseless. He still doesn’t recall exactly how things went so bad. All he remembers was that he was cornered in a room and feeling desperate just before blacking out. When he woke up, the entire room was a bloody mess of red, pink, fluids, squishy and wet pieces, and numerous scorch marks. Then there was the large bite mark on his shoulder. In the midst of everyone running around in a panic to even find where the two had gone, he ran out onto the streets and kept running.
He’s kept running, never knowing what had happened. Though he has understood over time that he had the power to control flames. He likes to think that the room had gotten that way because his powers had acted out by instinct. But odd incidents, such as him waking up while standing on a cliff and holding a staff he’d never seen before, tend to make him question his memories.
