Spells/Unique abilities or equipment:

Origins: Origins is a magic allows Kyle complete knowledge of any non-organic structure he touches. Everything from the History (Who/when/how it was made, as well as the past users and battles its been in), Structure (Material its made of, Strengths, Flaws, What it can be changed into easiest, Weight, Element Affinities as well as Weakness), Attributes (Any magics that are imbued into it, such as Immunity to fire, Ability to cut through barriers, the protection from wind and any alternate forms). As well as the ability to invoke them properly. These are facts that even the creators often forget about.

Transmorph: Changes the properties of a metal. Can make it lighter, denser, strong or even change it into another type. However doing so after sometime can results in the original metal degrading, even if Kyle concentrates and has invoked the Transmorph properly.

Imagine: Its a magic that allows for Kyle to create and re-create objects without the proper machinery and setup needed. It does comes at a heavy price however. As thing that are formed via this path tend to lose structural integrity, breaking down to an unusable metal mush after a few hours. However this can be circumvent if Kyle has the proper materials around him when he begins the creation and has full concentration.

Appearance: His appearance is one that doesn't necessarily match his age his hair is a dark brown with more than just hints of silver stretch amongst his head and beard. His gruff beard only adds to his appearance of looking older. His clothing style is a bit dated. He tends to wear old duster jackets that are littered with various holes . He wears metal gloves that he never takes off. They can be found on his person even when he showers. In addition he often wears an old cowboy hat. Calling it is lucky hat. With handcuffs attached to his back pocket he gives off the appearance of an old school cowboy.

Weapon: As a self made armory he doesn't really carry weapons or armor for the most part. The only semblance of a weapon would be the Metal gloves he wears.

Hades Gauntles: Made from a metal compound that even with his abilities he doesn't understand . The gloves are the perfect metal. Not in the sense that its particularly strong. Rather in the fact that manipulating it doesn't damage or cause it to deteriorate in the least.

Personality: Theres an old saying of Good cop Bad cop. In Kyle's cause it more Good cop, Lazy cop. While not exactly a bad cop, Kyle is highly unmotivated and is take to avoiding work like the plague, patrol, paperwork and the like often fall under the will do later folder of his brain that rarely ever gets opened. More than a handful of criminals owe their freedom to being no more than 20 yards away from Kyle at any point and time. His excuse more than half the time falls under the weak and wimpy 'they were just to fast'.

He disdains involving himself in others quarrels, or anything that another individual can do in his stead. However if he deems his involvement a necessary he dedicates himself completely towards the cause and completely transformers from his usual apathetic ways

Quirks: His age complex. He acts like an idiot trying to keep up people several years younger then him. As as a result he can seem like an old man trying to be cool.

Despite being a police officer he tends to hold the law in very little regard when he's on his vindicative warpath. Robbery, Blackmail and Violence are all fair game when it comes to getting his vengeance

Origins does play a role on his mental state. Because it gives him the complete history he will at times have flashbacks of random battle and people killed by said weapon.

Bio: Many wonder how a man like Kyle became a hero. Other wonder how such a man became a cop. He himself wonders both. His was and has never been a man of great moral character. The very fact that people look up to him kinda scares him shit less. Completely and utterly unmotivated, Kyle is unsuited for being both hero or cop and yet he is.

A vet of the war, Kyle was one of the key figures in ending the war. The unlikely leader of the intended suicide squad "Third Rail". Kyle surprised not only his supervisors but himself in actually surviving the missions assigned to his squad. Missions that were sole meant to get rid of several of the eyesores that plagued the battlefield. It was in this squad that he meet a Samuel Onyxroad and energetic youth whom he dubbed as the 'Shining Neon Bastard'.

After countless missions and finally serving his time. Kyle got as far out as quick as he could only to find that he really didn't have to many skills outside of fighting. Or rather the skills he had outside of fighting he was generally to lazy to use . Figuring his name alone should be more than enough to scare criminals straight, He joined the ladder system that was the police force and slacked more than ever. Abusing the system more than any corrupt cop could to secure vengeance against those who had tried to kill him during his army days

Geez, been a while since I've played this guy, actually one of my first characters I've ever made....
Although I've gotten carried away with his abilities. (This is a part of what I originally had though for abilities and such, heh...)

-Also known as Yokai, Demons, etc. To explain as best as possible is this:
Daemons were once souls of the living, bound to the earth for unknown times by their inability to move on after death. Their hatred of the living was intense, but they refused to possess a body of a person or animal. After time, these souls' hatred was answered my magic, and they were given new bodies, some similar or vastly different than other beings. Ironically, through this 'rebirth', this new race could not remember their past lives, or what made the magic of this world to bring them into being. This race soon started to flourish, becoming a proud race, tainted though by primal rage among some.
There are different types of Daemons, though generalize in two categories: Humanoid and Beastly. Those under the type of 'Humanoid' are more human like in appearance, while 'Beastly' types are often animal like, although they may have some ability to look human like. Each Daemon do have general physical attributes: Their eyes are either ghostly white or blood red, while maintaining a unnatural aura around them, although can be suppressed.
A Daemon's magic is based mainly through the soul, a reminder of their origins. Through their connections originally as souls, they can "sense" souls through feeling of the auras of living beings, or by "smelling" the souls, although unable to directly see them. While still able to do bodily harm, a Daemon's magic can injure a target's soul, but not as severe as to the body. While light, the damage is slow to heal, and such takes longer to heal. Healing through soul magic is not instant; rather it is more gradual over time healing, and time taken and amount depends both on the willpower of the receiver and giver. Even such, many Daemons now today do not have the knowledge to access or the ability to use but the lightest of these types of magic.
Most daemons generally are weak defensively, while very much the opposite in strength. Magic wise, daemons tend to be weak usually to the opposite of their elements (for instance, light-darkness, metal-wood, etc.)

Alliance: Hero
Magical focus: Darkness

Spells/Unique abilities or equipment: Because of the Daemon side of him, Keyo during a prolonged fight may start to succumb to his other half's influence. The rate he succumbs to it increases as he uses any spells or abilities using daemon energy. Stress may also increase influence, regardless of spells or abilities used. When the influence is above 75%, Keyo starts to lose his grasp on any human side of him, in which his Daemon side can take over. Influence can cease if he is rendered unconscious or if he is calmed down..


-Sonic Fang : By charging darkness into his weapons, Keyo can unleashed the darkness charged up in the item and send it clashing into anything, creating an effect similar to a lesser sonic boom, which affects the area around him up to 4 feet. While in Invite to Darkness, the effect is amplified up to .5x and the area of effect is increased to 6 feet.
-Dark rain: Keyo molds the darkness around him into large black swords that shoot around him, though generally not very useful for hand-to-hand combat.
-Tundra black- Keyo can use this spell to send a wave of darkness towards the target through the ground, which appear as black spikes that resemble ice. Range: 4 feet
-Shadow god’s lance (X): Keyo Creates a giant arrow like lance from darkness, usable for long range fighting. The lance is rather large, about twice the size and length of a normal one. Because of the amount of darkness placed into this lance, the area surrounding the lance feels a small shockwave when launched.
-Shadow’s Wings (X): Condensing the darkness around him, Keyo can form it into unattached wings which float by his back (stand-by mode). These wings do not give Keyo any flight capabilities, but instead can be used for fighting or defending. These wings may become a shield in which he can defend with, or turn into a bow. The “arrows” of this bow are not strong, but are quite fast and accurate. However, Keyo can use Shadow God’s lance with the bow form of his wings, but this will cause the shot to become less quick and less accurate in exchange for strength. Daemon Magics: (See Daemon’s Past in abilities)
-Daemon's souls: Keyo can condensate the daemon energy around him into small soul like balls which is needed to cast his daemon spells. Charging is fairly quick for the first two, and then the time taken to charge anymore is increased. (Max currently is 4-5, and dependant on his stamina.)
-Hell cannon: By channeling his daemon powers into his demon arm, Keyo can unleash a small to large shot of energy like a beam towards the target. Each shot takes up a certain amount of charges and the beam gives a type of burning effect. When used, the arm must go through a "cool-down" stage before Keyo can use another shot and cool time is dependent on the size of shot used.
Total charges of use: small beam- 1, med. beam- 2, large beam- 4
-Oblivion: Creating a stigma in a radius of 6 feet, all caught by this spell is held shortly by daemon energy and then attacked with daemon and dark energies, damaging both soul and body. This spell does not come without side effects. Using this spell can cause a large increase in daemon influence, making him more weak as it is to physical attacks. The large increase in influence can also cause a greater risk of his daemon self taking over. While using this spell, Keyo's reaction time and movement is slowed quite a bit, making him easier to hit. As such, Keyo does not uses this spell but under the most dire of situations.
Charges: All, and as there are less charges consumed, the power of this spell decreases as well.
-SoulBreaker: Keyo adds charges to his normal physical attacks, making the attacks hit harder and the area hit gains a burning sensation. The soul, as the attack is named after, of the recipient gains some damage in their soul. The damage subsides very quickly, but if this attack is applied multiple times, damage can stay for a while, increasing pain sustained by the victim a bit.

Abilities~
-Dark Attunement: Attuning to the surrounding darkness, Keyo’s body become shadow like, giving a small resistance to magical attacks, but makes him more susceptible to physical attacks. Not only this, but Keyo can meld into surrounding darkness, hiding himself in it. With all this said however, Keyo cannot hold this forever; the longest this can be used is about 8 minutes
-Wolf shape: Keyo can turn any aspect of him more wolven, like wolf ears and tail, to full wolf transformation. The forms also affect certain aspect of him for a short time of about 5 minutes, and then the effect subsides. Some powers/abilities are unable to use while under full wolf form (powers and abilities only usable while in full wolf form is marked with a (w) by the name. (X) means the ability is unable for use in full wolf form.)
-Invite to darkness: By taking in some of his demon "aspect" he changes his form more demonic like. Any demon parts (wolf parts like ears, etc.) are more shadow like and his weapons float near his arms. While in this form, his speed and both magical and physical powers are increased. The only downside is that Keyo must keep this ability regulated by a percentile. He can only keep himself in check up until the 35% mark, and past that the chances of losing control to his demon self are greatly increased.
-Illusion step (w): Because of his speed increased as a wolf, Keyo can take advantage of this. Keyo at the height of his speed can move around, and as he does, an image of himself stays where his speed increased from, creating and illusion of Keyo in multiple places at once.
-Daemon's past(x): Keyo's left arm contains an unusual amount of demon energy, allowing it to become more demon like. The arm during this stage is a dark brown-red. While his arm is in demon form, Keyo can use his demonic magics (see above) and his dark magics are increased in strength by a small degree. The only thing is that the arm can only hold it's form for 5 minutes and no longer before it reverts back into a more human shape. Also, from the start of this ability, Daemon influence's rate increases.

Appearance: Keyo Chromosomes are 'XX', but contains the genes that make him a male, all due to a type of chromosomal disease. Thus, while Keyo is a male, his body is quite more like a girl's (leave to you guys on how to perceive this bit of info). So because of this, Keyo usually tries to dress more 'masculine', whether or not it really does make him appear more manly or not. Pants wise Keyo will normally try to wear loose pants or shorts, while top wise he will try to go for a shirt or anything like it; he will never leave his bare chest open, mainly due to the bandages that he has wrapped around his chest. Keyo tends to wear sleeveless jackets and the like, and wear arm sleeves at any time of the day. The arm sleeves are due to his left arm, in which he hides its true form underneath sealed bandages. His eyes are a deep blue-green, which turn a jade blue when light is reflected off from. His hair, a light autumn color, he wears long to between his waist and chest for the most part. When under his daemon influence, his hair change to a more blackish like color and his eyes turn a shade of red. (may make a picture)

Weapon: (designs in progress)
Chakrams: Blades in a circular fashion, chakrams are like boomerangs; they return to the thrower, and such more suitable for mid-range fighting than hand to hand, although possible.

Masamune: Inherited from his "missing" father, this broadsword like hand and half katana only answers to Keyo, and thus, can only be wielded by him. The pure blade sword, made from condensed darkness, can slice just about anything in it's way.

Personality: Keyo normally is a cold and proud person, refusing to become attach to people in any way, or let anyone become attached to him. He does this not out of spite or anger, but out of the want of not wanting to let anyone near get hurt due to his other half. While being "Cold", he seems to be a calm, a bit void of any emotions, which allows him to keep distance emotionally with others. This does not mean he isn't totally cold; he is rather a kind and gentle person, but any indication towards this he will hide. This 'cold' part of him also hides a more "weaker" side of him, mainly from the emotional scars he bares from his past, which sometimes causes emotional disability within him.
His Daemon side, however, is basically any dark emotions a mortal may come up with. And such, his Daemon side, Yoku, is heartless and cruel, not caring whoever is hurt around him. All he cares about is Keyo. Rather, he cares about taking control of Keyo's body and suppressing the human side.

Quirks:
-Likes sweet things: So don't get him near the super sweet stuff
-Don't ever call him a werewolf; Keyo believes wolf daemons like him are nothing like werewolves, and would probably lecture about how they are different.
-Don't ever point out that he's like a girl, for the sake of everything good, just DON'T.....
-Can't hold any but a little alcohol, and it's best not to get him drunk. It's best not to..

Bio: What's their past/present. For cult minions, you need to also say why did you become one?. No need to be gigantic just put in anything you or me may think to deem as important.

Not necessary for all heroes to know each other. Even if they were all vets they didn't necessarily fight together now did they

WIP~

I'm going to be making 2 characters. Noel from the last one and an OLD CE character from my rp

~Character One~

Name: Noel Haleson

Age: Looks 17; Actually 543

Gender: Female

Race: Dragon

Half or full: Half

Other half: Vampire

Alliance: Cult of the Highborn (bad side)

Magical focus: Darkness

Spells/Unique abilities or equipment: Both Noel and Manah have made a deal where they would work and strategize together to fight off an enemy. Noel might own the body, but convincing Manah to perform certain spells and abilities is a whole different field. Manah knows very well that using her power can cost her poor body dearly so each ability has a tolerance gauge that will tell you how tough Manah will be on the idea. The higher percentage it is, the easier she feels about it. There’s also the consequence of using that ability for an extended amount of time. What’s described is the most extreme case- which is if she uses it for over an hour. It tones down if the usage is shorter.

Camouflage~

This ability can only be used when the night falls. When needed to, she asks Manah to help her out by using darkness to cover her body, blending into the environment. It makes it difficult to see her in this state, and she can then attack and confuse the enemy.

Cost: Her sight gets screwed up, and she can’t see that well for about 45 minutes.

Tolerance: 30%.

The Shadow’s Revenge~

By manipulating the shadow of her enemy, she can bring it to life as a twisted version of that person, adding sharpened teeth and claws to the shadow. This is useful as a distraction or to get an extra hand when needed. These shadows are being fully controlled by Noel and Manah. The attacks dealt by the shadow can actually inflict real damage and wounds.

Cost: Her flight capabilities are lowered dramatically for an hour. Walking would only be her option, and if further aid is needed, she’ll only allow someone she can trust.

Tolerance: 40%

Darkness Consumption~

By both Noel and Manah working together, she can consume an enemy in darkness and use whatever means necessary to get them from hurting her. She’s still very self aware of her actions by doing this so she mainly condenses the darkness to make them pass out, and on occasion a spike to inflict some real damage. Manah creates the shadow so she too has partial control.

Cost: This weakens Noel’s concentration in battle for about 20 minutes; her judgment and strategic thinking are also affected.

Tolerance: 50%

Possession~

This can’t really be considered a spell since Noel is mainly against it, but will rarely go for it if she absolutely has to. Basically Manah- the essence of her element- takes complete control of her body and fights in her place. Her eyes change color from her normal color to a deep red, and darkness seeps out of her body. Manah is also different personality-wise so you’ll know it’s her. This can only happen during the night time, however.

Cost: Noel loses control over her body for however long Manah and Noel “agree” to- it ends up in a slight fight, but it can be resolved- but this can only last through until dawn.

Tolerance: 100%

Transformation~

This ability can only be used when using her weapon- as seen below. If she pays a certain amount of darkness with Manah’s permission, she can transform her staff into a bow. This gives her the chance to use something a little more long-ranged and great for when she’s flying since her aim is actually fairly good. The downside is that she has to create arrows with darkness in order to use it. If she doesn’t have the power to, the weapon will go back to its default form.

Cost: Her mind seems to go into a mode of negativity, claiming she’s everything that people have called her in the past. This dramatically raises her paranoia level and can be dangerous to be around since she can lash out at someone in self defense... or so she claims. This can last for about an hour.

Tolerance: 75%

Last Resort~

This very powerful attack is the strongest Noel and Manah can do, but Manah’s tolerance for this is extremely low. This attack engulfs Noel’s body with a shadow-like armor, strengthening her defense and pain tolerance, the light-ness of the armor boosts her speed, and the power this move has increases her strength and attack damage. The bitterness of her harsh past feeds this, and is her drive to attack until she’s defeated, worn out, or if someone she trusts can calm her down.

Cost: She collapses from fatigue, and sleeps for about 5 hours to recover. When she awakes, she can still be on edge slightly so be careful.

Tolerance: 10%

Appearance: Noel and her new look

For those who have seen her old self, I used to ref for her wing, but this pic provides everything you'll need for her look

Weapon: Noel has this thing for not fighting unless it’s absolutely necessary, and will do everything in her power to keep Manah from harming someone if she has the ability to. When it does come to fighting though, she has a special weapon that has been passed down through generations. The interesting thing about it though is that she has no clue about it being a family heirloom.

The Dark Partisan~

A staff-like blade that was created by one of Noel’s much older descendant. Its sole purpose of being created was to identify and take the element of its current owner, making it its own. For Noel’s case, this is darkness; a dark purple and black-like aura swirls around the blade when in use. In the holster that keeps the blade and staff together holds a stone that has turned black with purple swirls from her element, holding its power. If the gem was shattered, the weapon would no longer possess any elemental additions until Noel finds a diamond to replace it so it can read her element again.

Another advantage of having it read and copy her element is that she can manipulate the darkness and let it aid her by being able to use her abilities a little better. Only using her staff will do this. She can also compromise with Manah and “spend” enough darkness to transform her staff into a bow. The ability is described above.

Personality: Noel and Manah are two very different people, and describing them individually is preferred since they really don’t like being talked about as only one person with a personality disorder.

Noel~ Noel’s always been considered as a sweet girl-too sweet to be on the bad side. She mainly takes control for the day, not showing any signs of being evil. She’s just that quiet girl who would sit in the corner of a room during a meeting, and isn’t one to talk a lot during missions. To be honest, she has difficulty finding someone that isn’t constantly fueling her other side’s hatred for the heroes or the part of Manah that just ADORES Arthur with a passion. Now, she can get mad if someone gets under her skin or reminds her of the terrible past she’s had, but other than that, she’s the just an adorable girl who stutters and despises to injure the hero side for some reason or another.

Manah~ This ‘side’ isn’t exactly a split personality or anything. Not even Manah can explain what she is other than the untamed element that rested and built up for many years inside Noel, breaking loose and forming into a separate person. Noel’s simply declared her as an instinctual side of her vampire blood. Manah- no matter what people consider her- is indeed the missing pieces of Noel that makes her actually fit into the villain side. She’s very mischievous, and twisted, finding excitement about injuring the heroes and even when she kills one. She messes with Noel a lot during the day, and even when she takes over, which can even set Noel off. She isn’t one to plan out her attacks, but is willing to work with Noel when they are in combat, no matter who is out. They work great as a team apart from Manah being so mean and partially psychotic. She does care about Noel in her own way- like an older sister would. If she’s found a few people that she comes to enjoy being around, she’ll back them up as well.

Quirks: It’s interesting that even though Manah and Noel are in one body and one mind, they would have separate quirks that makes them stand out- apart from the change of appearance.

Noel~ She has a fascination for any type of pillow. Yes, pillows. She has liked them through her life, and if you were to see her room, you will see that her bed is covered in them. She also has a tendency to hide behind the strongest of people on her team, but then realize how scary they are and flip out, trying to slink away.

Manah~ Although Manah pretty much keeps giving Noel a hard time, she considers her a sister. When in control, you will see that they are doing everything to take care of each other. Manah experienced Noel’s worst times in her life so the least she can do is protect her.

Bio: Noel had great parents, and an all around great life in her younger years. With her mother being a vampire and her father the dragon, there was some controversy with mixing breeds. Of course, there were others that protested in protecting and accepting mixing breeds, but the forces were small in this town. California was indeed a nasty place. From when Noel was born to a 2 year-old, she was kept inside and played with her parents. They weren’t ashamed of her, but wanted to protect her from the horrid outside world that would break this cheerful girl’s little heart. When they thought it would be safe to bring her out, she revealed the world to her. She was fascinated by what she saw. Everything was so close to her grasp, and seeing new people pay attention to her made her excited. Bother of her parents were worried so they only let her out on certain times and keeping a close eye on her at all times. It seemed like people were accepting the child, other children playing with her as they would. As soon as it was clear to them that there was nothing to fear, they let Noel roam outside without too much worry. Little did they know that the other people in the little neighborhood were waiting for them to trust the others before they plan their mental assault on the poor girl. As she started to go out to play, the kids would go and not let her in games, calling her mean names and making fun of her being a mixed breed. The parents said she was a disgusting creature that should have never been born, seeing her as a low-life and doing what they can to convince her that her parents are only caring for her for now until they can rid of her. It took a little, but everything was seeping in, changing her personality ever so slightly. Her parents took notice and watched secretly a few days to see what the others were really doing, staring in horror and immediately taking action. They called the police to have the people there arrested for their rude behavior. In the meantime, they took Noel and packed to leave their home, finding another in a much safer place. They were glad that they accepted the whole family, but Noel wasn’t willing to go out that much anymore, scarred by what the people at their old street said. No matter what she was told, it only haunted her. Everyone was no doubt scared of her, she was going to me taken elsewhere, and no one will accept her. She packed whatever she could carry in bags and ran away, not even bothering leaving a note and headed out. She was 12.

As she travelled, there were a lot of things she was able to see and experience without too much issue. There were always those people that pestered her in some way, but she luckily slipped away from them before she was too further scarred. She made it to a nice area where she saw nothing but hybrids, both adults and children. It was a nice little community so she took a chance and walked in. They accepted her with no issue, taking her in and caring for her. By this point, she was 13 and she was such a mess from her travels. As much as she loved this place, there were nights where something was wrong… in her head. She kept having flashbacks of her past, reminding her that she belongs nowhere. She tried her best to hide it all to the other people there, but they could tell she was suffering far more than anyone else. One of the older women decided to go and ask her what’s been wrong. Noel had known her for a while now and trusted her to a certain extent. She started talking about her past of mental abuse to moving and running away. While she was talking about everything, a voice started talking to her. She never heard this before and seemed scared about it, her element that laid dormant inside seeped out of her in an uncontrolled and while aura. She couldn’t think or speak, only the thoughts of the people who thought low of her was driving her darkness to control her, killing the woman along with the whole community. Once everything there was destroyed, she came to, confused to see the place destroyed. She jumped and looked around at the destruction. She was confused as to what happened. The voice inside talked to her again saying it was her. She had no clue what was going on and began to cry, hearing the voice talk about her memories awakened this power and killed everyone, thus creating this other self inside her. She had no one left to trust other than this woman who was named Manah, getting her things and travelling around for some years.

Time passed and Noel has become who she is today. Both her and Manah have come to terms of working together to keep each other alive, and not really seeing this as a bad thing was enlightening to the emotionally unstable Noel. The war that was to come spread around like wildfire, and Manah only wanted to join for the excitement of fighting. It took Manah some time to convince Noel, but they joined as a minion, working along the people who supported Arthur. Noel wasn’t sure how to take this, but it was something to do.

kemius: holy crap! Its the dad shiro never had! (fate/stay night). Your in

Reiu: wow, thats alot of skills. Ill allow it though, as long as you explain the oblivion spell better and difine what you mean whith "loosing control of his powers". If they just go berserk making him even more dangerous, ill ask you for a better and actual weakness or risk.

You also forgot race details. I need brief versions of history, culture, skills and above all weaknesses.

MM: Final mission's ok. You can have it after the first skirmish, or even sooner if you want. Impossible, really, for everyone to know eachother although making relationships can be more interesting for you. Oh, i wanna pass an npc through you later on, as mentioned, relationships are interesting.

Age : 30, looks a few years younger. Rumors however, say that he's actually lived for more than 3000 years as a vampire but he nor his brother has yet to confirm it for anyone.

Race : Mostly Human, which is probably why every single Vampire he meets is after his life.

Other half : Vampire, diluted to the point where Vampires treat him like rotten meat. Disgusting, inedible and in need of being thrown out.

Spells / Unique Abilities :
Storm's Path
Upon reaching maturity, it is an important tradition for a Tsukikage family member to create his own style and variety of Air magic for battle. While Karasu's brother had chosen the Gale's Path, an aggressive form of Air magic which has been previously used by their grandfather, Mikan Tsukikage, Karasu opted to creating his own path based on his mother's very own Sky's Path magic. Unlike the fueled by anger nature of Gale's Path and ultimate form of manipulation achieved by Sky's Path, Karasu has been able to perfect his Storm's Road over the years to the point of being capable of exceeding both although it is only a speculated observation by the hunters he has faced and defeated. Storm's Path is based on the principle of hurricanes and tornadoes, to gather unrivaled force of power around a calm center. This makes his Path extremely balanced in terms of strength and flow, which worries his brother and his grip on the Tsukikage family.

Infinite Atmosphere
A technique which is learned in the Storm's Path, Karasu is able to absorb, create and disperse the air around him for his benefit. This allows him to easily manipulate Wind magic and create new skills for battle.

Gravity Shift
Another technique which is learned in the Storm's Path, Karasu is able to form dense walls of air by forcing them into a certain point of his body and releasing them. This allows him to manipulate air currents and even create new ones to further increase his effectiveness in battle, giving the illusion that he is 'floating' outside of the laws of gravity rather than flying. The most important aspect of Gravity Shift is how it is applied by the user, as it could easily be used as a weapon as it can for increasing manipulation over Wind magic.

Hurricane Tunnel & Limited Express
Through the principles of manipulation in his Wind magic gained from the Storm's Path, Karasu is able to literally gather and concentrate a large amount of air into his hands in a short amount of time. When gathered, he can release it in a circular motion with his hands to create a small tornado in any direction to crush his enemies. He can also manipulate the attack further with his body movements and other means. An infamous skill which he displays along with Hurricane Tunnel is the Limited Express, where he can ride the insides of the Hurricane Tunnel and use for gaining an advantage in battles or as a quick escape.

Air Line
A technique created from the Limited Express, Karasu is able to create a 'solid' line of air under his Glider board to travel in air at high speeds.

Hurricane Barrage
A modified version of the Hurricane Tunnel, Karasu is able to gather an insane amount of wind into his Hurricane pistols and fire bullets which travel at near supersonic speeds. When fired, the wind around the fired bullet are easily disrupted by its speed and pressure which can rip apart anything that gets in its way, even fire magic. This makes his attacks extremely effective against large sized and large amounts of foes. Another interesting effect of Hurricane Barrage is that fired bullets have a high chance of disrupting electrical magic with the heat produced from the 'friction' created by the two different layers of air around the bullet.

Reaper's Whirlwind
With the Whirlwind scythe equipped, Karasu performs a constant combination of slashes around him to create the Reaper's Whirlwind. Reaper's Whirlwind is extremely dangerous for those who need to get up close in fights, as it can tear them apart into shreds with the sharp 'blades' formed by high pressure winds that surround Karasu when he decides to use the attack.

Air Graveyard
A massive circular storm is created by Karasu to surround him and provide the ultimate form of isolating himself from enemies in battle. Inside the storm however, Karasu is at a disadvantage as there is very little amounts wind for him to manipulate hence its name, Air Graveyard.

Dead Wind / Null Wind
Dead Wind or Null Wind, is an advanced form of Air Graveyard which got its name from it ability to trap foes inside a high pressure air space and crush them into dust within minutes. It is also rarely used because it uses up a high amount of energy and easily causes fatigue for Karasu.

Moondrop Meteor
Applying the principle of Gravity Shift to his attacks, Karasu forms a large wall of extremely dense air into his legs and drops down in a corkscrew towards an enemy from air. The attack causes the air around him to heat up and even let off electrical discharge when air starts to react violently around him. If Karasu has enough height above the enemy, he will turn into a literal flaming meteor and crush anything with explosive force at wherever he lands. Despite its destructive potential however, its disadvantage lies in its requirement of the user being high up in the air before it can be executed.

Mooncrusher
A lesser version of Moondrop Meteor, Karasu is able to form a extremely dense wall of air around a body part or his Moonblades. This increases his power and strength, letting him easily take down hardier foes but reduces his speed from the need of getting a constantly balanced center of gravity on the ground for maximum effectiveness. It can also have a chance of producing high pressure 'blades' of air whenever he attacks with his Moonblades and violently pushes an opponent back with and explosion of air whenever they try to strike them, increasing the range, effectiveness and power of his attacks.

Tesla Bomber
An extremely unstable and experimental technique based on the possibilities of gathering electrical discharge from the atmosphere displayed by his previous attacks, Karasu creates an Air Graveyard over the enemy and compresses it into an invisible tornado of powerful pressure both on the outside and the inside. The pressure violently reacts with the different air around it and creates an insane amount of electrical discharge. The tornado eventually turns into an electric blue from the absorption and explodes into a field of lightning on the enemy. However, it is near impossible for this attack to succeed unless Karasu can find a large amount of static electricity in his surroundings such as storms or even industrial generators.

Appearence :
Karasu has stands at exactly 6ft short cropped dark hair with a slight stubble on his chin. He wears a checkered scarf of fuchsia and black, a black bowler hat, along with a black double breasted suit with bronze buttons, a purple dress shirt on the inside and a pair of black pants. On his left hand where he wears his rings, the letters S T O R M are imprinted on his finger nails. On his right hand, the letters L I V E are seen along with the black print of a swallowtail butterfly on his thumb.

Weapon(s) :
Before he was thrown out, betrayed by his brother and labeled a wanted traitor, both his brother and him were given a set of three rings by their mother. These rings were given to members of the Tsukiage family when they had managed to finally perfect their paths. Although they seem to be ordinary accessories, they are actually enchanted items which are used to summon weapons to battle with only mere will.

Moonblades
A pair of large blades which resemble the shape of crescent moons. The blades are pure white in color, giving it an eerie glow whenever he strikes at his enemy. The blades are made of a mixture of pure silver and Moonstone or Lunium, an ancient and mysterious stone which seems to empower anything it is made with by absorbing moonlight and harmlessly radiate it to weaken the effects of sunlight. A pair of dark purple gems are seen on the hilt, accessories which are the last reminder of his mysterious father. The same gem is seen on the ring used for summoning them into battle and is pure white in color like its blades.

Hurricane
A pair of modified lever-action rifles which have been shortened down to the size of pistols. The Hurricane Pistols are magical in nature and form bullets by gathering the respective elements of its user and compressing it into shape. Due to this, the bullets fired by Karasu are able to easily pierce through most elemental barriers if they are weak enough, excluding fire magic which swallows up wind with ease. The ring used to summon them is colored a metallic gold with a a pair of small square black stones arranged on top of each other.

Whirlwind
A large menacing scythe infamous for its destructive power and deadly speed when used by Karasu. The Whirlwind is actually a large 8-feet long staff in its inactive form, jet black in color with red wave patterns etched into the Lunium it is made with. When activated by a simple command or will from Karasu, a large curved blade appears at one end. The blade is purple in color, is made of pure magic and vibrates at high frequencies to add to its cutting and slashing power which make the weapon extremely effective against the strongest of armor. The ring used to summon the Whirlwind scythe is completely black in color and has a blood red gem.

Vehicle(s) :
A red Honda Fury, has the words "Welcome to NightMare" stenciled on the back in black and white with a laughing skull at the end.

Glider At first glance, the Glider board appears to be made of several plates of Lunium compressed together. What most don't see are the two turbine fans which are hidden under the board, ready to be propelled when Karasu forces air through the bottom of his feet. This allows him to create an alternate form of transportation and take battles to a new level.

Personality :
Karasu is in many ways, an eccentric man but remains a happy one nonetheless with his positivity. Behind his smiles, playfulness and good nature however, lies a man whose life has been destroyed into oblivion in pieces. He is a cynic although a positive one and is convinced that God himself has made a huge mistake in creation. Despite being hunted and wanted by his brother, framed for betrayal to his family and hated by many for his ideals, he remains calm and thinks of everything like a game. He also enjoys taunting his opponents, especially his brother and is an extremely efficient fighter. Although most can't seem to believe it, he has made it clear to those who know him that he wants to help the Humans fight against the three powers of evil which stand in their way to freedom and a better future.

Many respect him for his intelligence as much as they hate him for it, proven by the many breakthroughs, creations and strategies he has made in the past. His part in the Elemental Wars once involved manipulating two rivaling vampire families to join him in his effort to fight against the opposition, which lead to their uniting into one combined family of three different names. Now however, control is no longer his but his brother's. He does not blame Toshuei for betraying him and would rather enjoy the freedom he has at the present. His brother however, does not believe that Karasu will give up power over the Tsukikage family so easily and continues the bounties on his head although it is mainly out of guilt, regret, anger and jealousy.

- Expert in the fields of music, folding up paper planes, rollerskating and playing arcade shooters.
- Likes trains, planes and almost any form of high speed transportation.
- Despises ships, has destroyed one in anger before.
- Prefers fish and chips more than any kind of food.
- Really likes to watermelon juice and potato crisps for snacks.
- PINEAPPLES DO NOT BELONG ON PIZZAS, NOR ANY FORM OF FRUIT OR VEGETABLES.
- Always has a small box of cigars with him.
- Likes to fool around with people for amusement, manipulating them into doing things without them noticing.
- Always loves a dramatic entrance and the surprised looks makes him love it even more.
- Will automatically launch you into a tornado if you even dare to comment on his paper planes.

Bio :
Born into the powerful family of Tsukikage Vampires, his family was trapped between a power struggle of two rivaling families. The Tsukikage family remained neutral in the matter and took no sides as they were already the strongest among the three with their amazing Air magic. Instead, they were more intent on protecting themselves and making sure that the family would avoid crumbling from internal affairs. At the time, Karasu's mother, Hatoha Tsukikage ruled the family with a silver fang and held respect as a powerful woman who displayed her graceful destruction on the battlefield. That was until Rinta arrived.

Rinta, Karasu's mysterious father, was a prideful man who fell in love with Hatoha when they met at a formal banquet. Gentlemen and ladies alike laughed at his attempt of introducing himself to Hatoha but were soon surprised when he received the honor of kissing her hand. Hatoha was impressed by his bravery and soon, they began seeing each other. As futile attempts to please her continued to pile up, Hatoha herself began to think that Rinta was useless after all. But then he vanished and Hatoha found herself missing a part of her life, slowly falling in love with him in his absence. A year later, Rinta returned and appeared inside her bedroom with a ring in hand, a thousand guards pointing their Lunium spears at his heart and a surprised Hatoha. She accepted it and they were soon married.

When Karasu was born, he was not alone. He had an older brother named Toshuei Tsukikage. Due to the fact that Hatoha was of a pure Tsukikage blood and Rinta was not, their names stayed the same and Rinta was still the same monster she was. As time passed however, rumors began to spread inside the family where jealous uncles would secretly say that Hatoha had lost her touch and had fallen into the hands of a seducer of women. Hatoha took no notice of such idiocy and continued her reign but Karasu's brother was angry, how dare they said such things about her mother? It was all that Rinta man's fault now wasn't it? And Karasu, he was only a stupid measly part human who didn't even have wings!

One night, Karasu was discovered bleeding to death at the back of their mansion with a path of destruction that went straight through the forest and towards him. Trees were tore off their roots and the ground had been scarred excessively. But still his mother loved him and praised him for his survival, especially when he didn't tell that it had been his brother who had attempted to murder him. Toshuei laid in his room that night with fists clenched at the fact that he didn't manage to kill that little bug completely. He was also afraid at the tornado that had been shot at him out of anger, but missed when Karasu realized it was not worth it. His fists clenched tighter, angry that he had been mocked.

He would get it one day, he promised himself. Then, he would reign over the family himself and show his power. Years passed and Karasu was given power over the family when their mother retired and their father long dead. She was exhausted now and felt weak without her love. Toshuei, now tall and strong, complained and insulted her for her decision but was slapped in reply for what he said about his half-brother. He walked out fuming and as he made his way down the stairs, the smiles of his distant uncle and a few friends greeted him with a conspiracy in mind.

Hatoha is now dead.
Karasu is no longer in power.
And a new day begins for the Tsukikage family.
However, two storms will soon meet.
Lightning and thunder will clash.
Rain and winds will come.
One peaceful and one full of hatred, only then will things be resolved for good.

Forse, I was wondering if I could suggest a new creature, the Fae. I can probably get some info on them but this is the basics on them.

They have wings of varying shapes, sizes and types. They all have at least a little magic used for flying, any more is what they have been trained to use. They live to be about 1,000 years old but can start training as young as 50. During their first 20 years, they age at the same rate as humans but only 1/10 after that.

If you say no, I'll just pick another choice you've already put in but, even though it's kind of girly, I just really like Fae.

MQ: Sorry man but no, thats an entierly different elmental affinity all together. Best i can give ya is something like minor empathy. I think your chars fine though, as long as you use his abilies to their full extend it should be ok. If you want more though we can msn on sunday.

Sis: Give me the cs of both char and race, including culture, history, skills and weaknesses and ill judge from there. If you make something properly balanced and fitting to this worlds backround it should be ok.

Im sure you wont dissapoint me :)

MM: Gimme a bit to see if i can add it and ill tell you. Might need to msn you for more info on sunday though.

The jelo and bag things are fine with me.

Music: ok, reserved. Dont see how wind can act as lightning though.
