An ode to the old school games

I'm really enjoying myself with this game, it's storyline is compelling and the game mechanics feel fun. I've never been a fan of point & click adventures, but I'm liking this.

I love my point and clicks. I wish they'd come out with another Quest for Glory title, but I'm satisfied with all the stuff Telltale is coming out with, since that's as close to old point and click as I can get anymore.

I've had my eye on Gemini Rue way back when it was still called Boryukadan Rue and when it won some IGF awards. Played the demo and loved it, but hotdamn I don't want to spend $15 on it. I can spare the cash, but I'd rather be certain it's worth it since I already have a huge backlog of games I need to play.
