I am not expecting much, but I will give it a chance as I have given all xmen iterations a chance. Usually to my satisfaction, as my favorite superhero has always been wolverine and he tends to dominate xmen plotlines.

Wolverine anime aired this season (Winter season). It's on the 7th episode or so now.

It covers Wolverine in Japan, before he joined X-men, at some point.

The X-Men anime will air presumably in the same time slot, starting in the spring season (starts in late March/early April), and will just cover the X-men as a whole, at some sort of point.

Wolverine anime, they had another character who can fucking extend a katana out of his hand.

X-Men anime... Well at least they didn't murder the character design.
Wolverine is terrible in the Wolverine anime. GAWD.

This one looks better than the Wolverine anime. I saw the first episode and he looked almost like a teenager.

It's almost as though they expect it to do well simply because it is "anime" and appeal to the naive westerners who don't know what supposedly "good" anime is.

Iron Man didn't even air in the same season as those shows. It was done by the time those came out!
