I was told the new GT was gonna actually cost something to read, so what does this mean? Just a teaser?

I don't know if this is a pun... but she's hanging on a cliff. Is this an introduction for the new GT but wont show the rest making this a "cliffhanger"? I would so hate you for that. xD
