from the waist up it's fairly decent, but the legs definitely need improvement. try using reference pictures to practice how the human body is put together.

its cool to see some one posting quite regularly keep it up! =D

as to the inking go for it dont think of the finished product but rather the experience and practice you'll get every little bit counts.

I do like your art that entails beasts and such. The design of the head of the last piece in your last post is fairly interesting too.

These are great drawings, but I must ask you something.

Do you try drawing the basic figures (stick figure, circles [showing positions of joints]) before adding the details? Doing this might help to give your drawings greater matching proportion (and even dimension), and increase the speed of which you draw.
