This cannot be proven actually. LOTS of things can affect your personality, including the moon's position since it alters Earth's gravity slightly depending on where it is. Gravity itself can cause mood changes.

To paraphrase Carl Sagan, "I was born indoors in a hospital. The only way the stars and planets could affect my birth is by gravity, and the gravitational influence of the obstetrician was far greater." So sure, there's a gravitational influence, but even if small variations in gravity affected mood, local noise would overwhelm celestial effects.

This doesn't apply to tropical zodiacs, it applies to constellation boundaries set by the IAU.
