No worries bro. I can understand if it needs some renovations after the previous year.

It's mostly 'she hasn't gotten around to it' to be honest, but I feel if it turn's out well and provides as much use as I plan to have it then a bit longer wait isnt a huge issue.

Speed is generally how fast you run, agility is how fast you accelerate, move side to side, back up, etc.

Skill is how well you can cast and use your magic I would assume.

Higher stats for higher level, after that it will simply be +? beside it anyways.
