They finally confirmed it, and gave a trailer for it.

I laughed of the excitement. Fucking love that game.

My shepard will never leave Miranda. She is too hot to leave.

Plus [mass effect 1 and 2 spoilers below]

I think I have a decently balanced humans. My shepard did s all the good choices in the games except for the ending one in both. In the first one, when faced with the decision to save the council I let them burn in hell. Then in ME2, humans took over the council and are pretty much hated by the alien citizens.

In the second one's ending, I decided to keep the reaper technology. Sure it wasn't the paragon decision, but seriously? We're about to go to war with an all powerful alien race and being a man of science the most logical decision would be to keep the technology and study it for our use. If cerberus tries anything funny I'll fuck them up.

They better put some goddamn weapons in the game this time. And better female characters.

Also, the story sounds cliche as all hell.    How did the Reapers get to Earth so fast? You kinda stopped them in the first game. That's retarded how they're already here when it was supposed to take millions of years.

Ya, probably is just a trailer portraying a future part in the game, maybe you don't start off that way. Like with the commercials for ME2, they were about events later in the game.

+ I ain't leaving Tali, I blew Liara away though, she turned into a frigid bitch.

did the same with ashley. She was a fucking cunt. Plus Miranda is 20 times hotter than Ashley. Ashley was business-hot, where you know there was no hotter women in the ship. But Miranda is perfect.

They better not have dry humping for 3 seconds like in ME2. They better go back to the first's style.

I did the same thing as Zarengo. Had Liara first, then Tali in the second game. Rather hoping to stay with Tali. Only reason I because of love her accent. Just wish the scene with Shepard and Tali actually showed what she really looked like. Oh well, here's hoping for it in the 3rd.

Also, the Reapers werent defeated in the first game, it was only the one Reaper that was stopped. If you finished the second game with the end boss, you'll realize the Reapers are pretty much going all out on humans, and obviously best way to do that is to head to Earth. Might be cliche, but it's still the obvious choice.

Fuck you, I know the lore. Point is, the Reapers are supposed to be asleep, millions of light-years away from anything. That's what they said in ME1.

Also, I'm a big fan of Ashley.

I played the game a year ago, so I can't remember exactly why. But play the second.

I did, it didn't explain anything. It just showed the Reapers drifting in space.

I guess they were moving, huh? Such BS.

Hells yeah for the accent, that was one of me reasons too.

But seeing that they are speeding up the ME3 production is cool, I first thought they were gonna release a multiplayer game before the third game.

Wasn't the whole thing that reapers come back every [number] years to destroy civilization?

Yeah, after one of 'em activates the Citadel. And they come through the Citadel's mass relay.

One other thing. Aren't all the Reapers supposed to be based on a different "Alpha race" of that time? If so why the fuck do they all look the same.

I'm sure Bioware didn't fuck up the determined lore Wiz. Now I'm curious though so when I come back to my house tomorrow around noon-ish I'll search the web.

Yeah, that one has come up quite a bit.

The three main ideas I've caught are:
1 They're put in shells that then look identical. Probably to avoid the dumb appearance of a 50 story tall man-robot flying through space.
2 They designers aren't sure either, and are just winging this shit with what seems cool. Regardless of sense.
3 It's something we don't know, and they'll probably tell us in ME3.

I would read this if you're confused over some matters concerning the reapers.

http://masseffect.wikia.com/wiki/Reaper

seems to give a basic understanding of all we know as of the second game.

With the Human-Reaper destroyed and the Collectors defeated, the Reapers lost any chance of using the Citadel mass relay to quickly return to the Milky Way Galaxy. Yeah. That Turian is even worse in ME2...

And hey, nothing wrong with a few Renegade points. Those are the fun ones.

Was it this (somewhere among a few threads) or another forum where it was brought up that DLC is bridging the plot between ME2 and ME3?

If it wasn't this one, then DLC is bridging the two games. I haven't played it myself though. You could probably read a summary online of it.
