Because Balamb Garden is actually an airship (which he has studied) and he was the most likely to be able to repair it should that be a problem, also Esthar prefers to be very closed off or isolated.

He shouldn't be a sniper... he has no gun.

I assume he had basic training but you aren't going to be 'skilled'.

Well knoe would have had to meet him by chance through going to the ancient tower and obtaining Odin through a fight and then fighting a person with Zantetsuken reversal. With Odin's sword opening a dimensional portal allowing gilgamesh to appear and defeat that person. But instead Squall "Leon" Leonheart (or one of the teammates such as Irvine or Zell) gave it to him as a welcoming gift. By the way Knoe is a huge bookworm.

Oh and yes he was trained, not skilled my bad.

No. No he will not get it that way. We will simply say he got it after Gilgamesh was summoned into the FF8 world (which, by the way, is lost to the darkness). You will interact with none of the established characters without my permission.

As of now, I am enacting a banned list filled with the people who have dropped out of the RPs without warning me and failed to respond to my PMs. These people will not be allowed to join my other RPs without giving me a really good reason. Like a death in the family or something.
