I am loving the customization options. Not only are they badass, but they transfer over to the Reach campaign and cutscenes. I am loving it so much, I'm already building the closest to a Stormtrooper armor as I possibly can. There's a helmet that resembles the storm trooper helmet [also it resembles a paintball one] and for the symbol I'm using Masterchief with a cowboy hat as it sort of looks like Darth Vader. All white/black combination. And the chest piece with the ulility belt/grenades is unlockable in Halo Waypoint once I get 145 more achievement points [I can get them by completing the campaign] and first strike.

My friend might be doing the same and it would be awesome to have a bunch of stormtroopers together.

Oh theres the Halo Reach thread. I was expecting it earlier but completely forgot about the game. No one I know is getting it. Just another Halo game. Halo CE still has players so I think we are going to stick to that instead.

Servers crash, codes don´t work. I don´t play hyped games when they are released, and if I do, I wait a day or two for the online features.

That only happens when the company doesn't anticipate the massive influx of players. It happened in the Beta since nobody expected 1 million+ beta testers.


But Halo Reach is the last of Bungie's halo games, so MS must've gotten the best of the best in terms of servers.

I don't hate it because its popular. I didn't have any fun with the beta. It felt like Halo 3 with some new weapons. And I hate Halo 3. I'm not even interested in the campaign. Halo 2, 3, and ODST left a sour taste in my mouth. I'm bored with it. I want something new and I hope Bungie's next game makes me love them again.

I'm not exactly sure how I feel with that. I've enjoyed the Halo franchise so far, there are a few things that I've disliked about it here and there like all games, but I'm a little nervous about Mircosoft's 343 Industries taking over. The only relief I can find in it, is that Frank O'Connor is leading 343.

Maybe enough to hopefully keep the universe as close to its origins as possible, but I dunno. Its going to be odd to see a great series moved from its parent company to a foster home to be raised. I just hope they don't fuck it up into a money whore like Mario, the Zelda series, and whatever the other games are that Nintendo has been recycling to stay a float.
