His favorite weapon is the knife, all kinds of knifes. Big small, stabbers, cutters. They're mostly made of a high tech, super strength alloy, which is made to cut metal and flesh alike. He hides them in his suit, up to and including his favorite, a straight razor with a blade with the appearance of mercury, made of an experimental alloy with a molecular edge. He also carries throwing knifes, although he always carries a pair of handguns on his just in case. If neither of these would work, he's far from above using a few trusty explosives, mainly various incendiary grenades.

Acceleration: His most common power, and one of his namesakes, is the ability to speed himself up. Although some may think this simple super speed, this is not the case. His power modifies his own time stream, accelerating him compared to the rest of the universe. This results in him moving faster than everyone else. There are limits on how long he can keep it up: the faster he goes, the less time he can keep going. This ability also has an unusual visual side effect. As he speeds up, he creates four after images of himself and actions. Unknown to the unobservant, two of these actually are in front of him, that is to say they perform the actions he will before he does. This can be noticed as the first two blades will pass right through someone, while damage will be inflicted by the "middle him". It's difficult, as each of the outer ones are usually no more than a fraction of a second ahead, and the middle ones half as far away. The "afterimage's" distances ahead and behind him increase as he speeds up. If he simply stands in one place and moves around in one spot, this actually makes a confusing mess of what has been, what is, and what will be. The images are rather... strange, and difficult to look at for the time sensitive.
Freeze: For protection, Frank can freeze his own personal time stream, removing himself for the universe's and making his immune to change. Because of this, while active almost nothing can harm him, as he's literally frozen in time. however, this obviously means he can't move, or interact in anyway with the universe while this is active. He can still see, hear and think, but he can't move his eyes and is totally frozen. This is so exact that even gravity and other forces do not affect him: he retains his exact position, although strangely he does remain relative to the closest stellar body, namely the planet he is on. Once he freeze's himself in time, he can't reinsert himself for at least 2 seconds, stopping him from using it too often in a fight. He has yet to find a hard upper limit on keeping his time stream frozen, although simple boredom from being incapable of anything but thought keeps him from staying in it for too long.
Skills: A quick shot and a quicker blade, he specializes in dodging hits until he's close enough to start slicing people up. Since his weapons are a little weak to up front attacks, he tends to sneak around behind. Light on his feet yet tough to take a punch, he's not bad at hand to hand, though obviously if it comes to that he'd just pull out the knife in his sleeve. While a tad psychotic, he's far from stupid, with a solid grasp of the street, criminals, and how people tend to tic.

History: He was born to a small family in a developing planet not too far from Scapia, he's always been a trouble maker. Frank caused trouble all through school, and while he was smart enough, it wasn't his style. How he made it through middle school is anyone's guess. Freshmen year, however, his parents were killed during a bout of violence between criminal organizations fighting for control. He surprisingly calmed down... for a bit. When he got out of it, he was worse then before, trouble with a mean streak added in. Expelled before he was through with high school, he took to flat out crimes, even joining with a mob group, similar to the one that gruesomely slayed his parents years ago. It was only after the years in prison for his band, showing his loyalty and toughness in jail, that his career really took off. Quickly establishing himself as quick, effective, lethal and downright psychotic enforcer, despite, or maybe with the help of, his laid back attitude even as he worked, what his reputation didn't scare his blades did. It was all going fine, until the government of the planet finally resorted to bringing in corporations to handle the rampant criminal activity. When his fellows died, he didn't. Barely managing to escape the fight, he spent the time healing thinking about it. Not long after, he decided that clearly the best choice now was to join a corporation himself, and put his "skills" to a more legal, if hopefully just as violent use. A psycho who grows worse all the time, he's set his eyes on the best in the biz: "Lunatic Inc."
