Transport large quantities of anything over large distances and you'll inevitably spill some of it. I suppose that would be one angle alternate fuels like hydrogen (being something that could be locally produced) could use against the industry.

Seems that the Tea Party has maintained some influence up to midterms, and it looks likely that the Republicans will pick up some seats in Congress. So, what do people think of the Tea Party? Is its influence good or bad; what might its long-term influence be; etc.

Synesthesia with gravity would be cool though. You wouldn't get much variation on Earth though (unless it was extremely sensitive).
