Hey my name is Chris

15 years old and have been drawing for a long time.

Today i have 2 drawings i made ,both with a pen.

This is the first one inspired by Killzone 2



Not really sattisfied with the above picture.
The humans could have been draw better and i could have done so much more in the sky but
unfortunatly im not that expirianced to do it.

Next one is something i liked much more.



It started just with that one remaining tree on the center and than i continued it to this full scetch.

Again i could have done so much with the sky and the buildings but i wasnt really that interested.

Also the ground is pretty bad.

So anyways what do you guy think.

Well I must say, your ability to draw buildings, machinery, and those kind of things astounds me.
That said, something about your anatomy, or maybe just posing, makes your people look a little wonky.
I do want to suggest that you become an architectural designer. Now. I want to live in that badass tall building in the second one.

The buildings also are amazing, but the people need some work.
I also think the details are good.Other that akuma616 said eveything.

One a note here:I ussually draw humans much better,but it seems when i try to draw them small and in masses they
dont look that good.

For example here is something i made some time ago.

This isnt on my best work on anatomy but i wanted to show that i am capable of drawing people correct.

On the other hand this on has many problems too which i need to fix,mainly in the lighting/shadows.

Wow! I love the medium you use. Funny, when I sketch on paper, it's done using a similar technique to yours :D I love shading things in like that. And I love drawing buildings. And using biro pens (it is done in biro, isn't it?) On paper we seem to have very similar tastes.

Definitely going to lurk in your thread. Hope to see more of your work.

love the buildings, but you might want to make them a bit more dynamic. Right now you have them all facing the same way, try to make it a little bit more random (i.e some buildings might show two sides)
As for human shapes, you should work on the arms and hands. Other than that, nice work

Well, in midtown Manhattan all the buildings really do face the same way, what with the city being arranged in a giant grid and all... Sure makes getting around easy...

good stuff man! great landscapes and realistic style characters tho you might wana work on keeping things shaped. like on the 2 faces above try building the face on top of a lightly draw circle to balance and form it a little more. =3

Yeah all of it is mostly in pen.

Its strange because i am more familiar working with coal rather than balljoint pens.

Nah i dont want to be an engineer.

I want to become and artist of some shorts whether it is Paintings or Sculpures or making models for building or other machinery (or maybe a profesional dollmaker but propably as a hobby only.
