I think it's Sasuke. Kinda looks like him and would explain the blindfold.

I'm thinking that's Sasuke as well, although who the other guy is I don't know. Of course I don't get why Sasuke has a blindfold on, but I'm going to assume that this is something related to the Naruto Shippuden anime and I'm way behind on its current events.

Well Oto in japanese means "sound" and Kage is "Shadow" or at least thats what the internet says... so its Sound Shadow... Shadows(Kage) are the rulers of a Area in the naruto world... in which it goes the same for Hokage... Ho is "Fire" oh and leaf village is in fire country... Kaze is "wind"... Mizu is "Mist"... thats all i know... hope that helps

Basically yes, with this page this is totally a different Universe. I can never see this happening in Canon, though I guess I'll avoid elaborating further to not risk Dave getting spoiled again.

Well... It seems kinda predictable. I get the sense that most of the fan-based Naruto things have Sasuke and Sakura getting married.

Also, I didn't think Sakura had green eyes that were that bright.

Well for Sakura it's kinda 50/50 SasukexSakura and NarutoxSakura. However, for Sasuke by far the most popular pairing is him and Naruto. And no, I'm not joking.

For the life of me, I'll never understand the obsession fanfic writers seem to have with pairing two male characters together.

Well, most of them are young women so go figure why. They're also more often than not, extremely superficial fangirls who are completely irrational, The most popular FMA pairing for example is Roy Mustang/Edward Elric, which is utterly nonsensical, and the very definition of a crack pairing.

With that said, in the Naruto Manga(please don't comment on what I'm about to write without using spoiler tags) :

   Naruto now knows that Hinata is in love with him and Sakura also has strong feelings for him(though still loves Sasuke), and he doesn't bother to talk to either of them after realizing those facts.

However, when he hears the Shinobi Alliance want to kill Sasuke, he first faints, and then confronts Sasuke(despite being ordered not to do so) and tells him, if he can't save him they'll die together. >_<   

So yeah, it's reached a pretty ridiculous level, where "he wants to save his best friend" doesn't suffice as an explanation.

Plus Naruto really is geared towards fangirls more than other Shounen Jump stuff, there was a scene in the Manga which was removed from the Anime adaptation(so I don't have to spoiler tag, since it won't ever appear in the Animated series), where Konohamaru tried to get Sakura turned on(long story) and performed a Genjutsu creating an illusion of a naked Sai and a naked Sasuke making out. The scene was so homoerotic that they decided to skip it in the Anime.

So yeah, Naruto is one of the few Manga where I kinda see where the fangirls are coming from.
