Ah, And for future reference... What your character has done, and where they've been wont matter much, as far as being accepted into the ranks of LI go. As long as you've got the Strength, skill, and strength of character, you've got a chance.

That being said, I should probably start on the profiles for the veterans, there are enoughof the darn things. you wont be seeing them all at once, but it helps to be prepared.

Name: Max Des Victor the Fourth

Age: 20

Gender: Male

Race: Human

Physical Description: Max is about 5'5" with black hair and bright green eyes... or was his hair blue with orange stripes and red eyes? The energy contained with him causes his hair and eyes to change colors every few minutes. He also has eight tattoos, each one representing the different elementals he has made a contract with. If he displeases the elementals, they can make the tattoo disappear and he will be without their power for a while. He has slightly long arms and legs for his body and a constant look of extreme skepticism.

Equipment: Max usually wears a t-shirt with some kind of writing on the front, a pair of jeans, sneakers, and a sweater wrapped around his waist. The current writing on the t-shirt reads "The only difference between eccentric and crazy is a million dollars."

Theme Song: Planet Hell

Powers: Max has made contracts with eight different elemental spirits:
Shade (shadow), Sprite (light), Salamander (fire), Undine (water), Aura (metal), Dryad (wood), Gnome (earth), and Jinn (air). Each of these spirits were summoned to this world and Max hashed out a deal with each of them. In the normal fashion, Max would feed the spirits his magical energy, allowing them to become stronger, while the spirits would allow themselves to be used... as long as they agreed to the situation. Max can do one of two things with the spirits: he can summon them in their natural form or can infuse them with himself. They can also spontaneously appear in what Max has dubbed their 'chibi forms'. The 'chibi form' is a being that looks like a human child but has alterations depending on the spirit manifesting. Tags: Summoning & Infusion

Shade has dark skin, yellow, predatory eyes, pointed teeth, bat wings, black, spiky hair, and a black jumpsuit. He is both sarcastic and sadistic. He has knowledge about the more dark areas of magic and magical beings.

Sprite has white eyes and hair. Her hair looks like a flame and is lighter in the center. She has extremely pale skin and wears a white, angelic dress though she does not have wings or a halo. She is usually very kind but she takes over when dealing with Shade, much to the surprise of anyone who had seen the two separately.


Skills: Max is slightly stronger and a lot more agile than most humans. He's a decent shot and is proficient in the use of a number of different weapons.

Titles: Elemental Gate

History: Max was born into a branch family of a mafia family. Trained since birth to become a highly skilled assassin (for that was what the branch did), Max became skilled in all forms of combat, though he did not excel in any of them. It took some mystical training before he could be sent out on jobs but right after his first job (tailing some low-level official), he came back to find that his family had been slaughtered by a rival branch. Strangely, he didn't feel much sadness. His family hadn't be too close and the only member of his family that he cared about, his twin brother, had been away as well. After talking for a bit, both of them decided it would be best to go into the larger market and join an organization before they were hunted down. They also decided not to go to the same people in case they were found together.

'Nother note, get used to these: None of you should have more then 2 titles. Theyre not just rumors, theyre like badges, it's how the community knows you and evaluates your Prowess. if youre a nobody you'd generally have 0, as a well off Rookie would have one. On average, 70 % of people in it as a career have 2, and never stray past it. At 3, you're within the realm of the elite, The specialists, the mover and shakers. 4-5, And You're in the realm of the leaders of the corporations and war heroes. Anything more then five and youre a legend. The Man himself has more then 8.

For Reference, ALL of the Veterans Of LI will be stronger then you in one way or another, and thus, All of them have at least 3 titles, and more than half have 4 or more.

So, you who need to fix stuff, you know who you are.

Other days, he is seen with, instead of a denim jacket, a black zip-up hoody, and a chain.

Equipment: The least that Malachi carries with him is 1 pistol. Most of the time, however, he carries:

Whenever he was with a group of people, he took into account people and things in his surroundings that other people would have let pass idly by. These things that he did notice, or witness happened to be very helpful information, whether locally or confidentially.

This started in kindergarten, when all of the schoolkids avoided him due to their fear of him. Starting in 7th grade, at age 13, he was constantly picked on by certain group of bullies, for various reasons.

A year had went by, and by age 14, Malachi decided that this torment had to end. To protect himself, he took up self defense, and many styles of fighting. Some time later, those who bullied him went to pick on him again, but just happened to catch him in a fight. After seeing what he could do, the bullies came to respect and fear him. After that day, nobody bothered bully him, but he saw that other kids were being picked on. So, he took it upon himself to protect them.

The principal noticed his behavior, and mistook it for an average delinquent’s, while most of the other kids praised him for what he did. But the adults didn’t feel the same way, so they decided that punishment was in order. Yet instead of suspending or expelling him, the principal decided to enroll him in the district’s ROTC program, to teach him discipline. MalachI first detested the idea, but grew into it a few months after.

He was placed into the program for his entire time of high school, from 9th grade until 12th grade. After he graduated from high school, MalachI looked for employment in an interesting form. He searched for 2 months, but nothing truly clever came up. In another week or so, he heard news of Lunatic Inc. This organization had truly sparked his interest, so he decided to check it out, to see what it was all about.
