I don't think all of the shading is in the right place. If upper-body's shading is on her left side, why is her right leg shaded almost pitch black? Shouldn't it be her left leg? And perhaps not as dark as it is as well?

Your doing alot of things really well, but work on your anatomy. arms are typically not that large on women, the heads too small and the wrong shape, the neck is ridiculously stiff, finger size is also not consistent.
It's hard to tell because of the style your doing, but you need to control whether the lines that construct the body are rigid or curved better, this distorts the muscles in the arms an hands.
In posing remember if the perspective on the hand is dramatic the perspective on the rest of the body needs to be dramatic as well(i.e legs and left hand need more perspective distortion).

That's just a quickie so forgive me if any of that is unfair but i'm in a hurry ;P

You have some nice art here, I like the textures you created in the shading. The only thing that I can see looks wrong is the arm length of the second person down, you seem to have the elbow all the way down past the hip, closer to where the fingers would end if the arm was straight. I understand it's a somewhat small part of the picture, but f you moved the elbow up about a centimeter above the belt it would look a little better, but it still works well the way it is.
