Though, wouldn't Dexter notice that there's nothing wrong with the technical equipment? Either Olga hasn't planned things entirely through, or whatever she plans to do with Dexter will happen very soon.

Also, Blood Lord, I'm sure she needed to turn off the lights for that plan. I'd doubt it'd work if she had just blatantly shouted the equipment was faulty...So yes, it is significant, just not how nearly everyone thought it'd be?    *runs for back-talking to BL/commiting blasphemy*

^Female friend on the subject of differences between men and women in the restrooms. Because when you're very bored, just about anything can be discussed.

The lights may not be of anything of significance. Olga might have turned them off and then back on, and then used such creative flow of words to her advantage to keep Dexter here. However it is also just as likely that there is a power problem and she is using it to her advantage.

Either way, the lights shouting/turning off is of no deep significance. But what Olga says, and how she says it is the important part to note.
