The wolf kindof seems to be a package deal along with Red, like Buy Red, get Wolf free.
No Ideas how he got Red, maybe he offered to help her or something with his weird mind abilities and keep her sane. Good way to keep her on a leash "obey me and I'll stop you going mad, disobey me and I'll set you and the wolf free."
As for how they got out, with Red's complete brute force, and Snares planning and ability to release the wolf and whatever crackpot powers he has, how could they keep them in.

One wouldn't use the word "fellow" in such a manner if the speaker isn't one himself/herself.
For example if I said "Jack is a fellow student." then that would mean that I'm a student just like Jack.
If that is not the case then who is the other patient?

This is going to be the more interesting part of SB and its usage of EA characters.

Because both authors, or at least Endling, have said that they do not influence each other.

So we will in a way never know the relation with Mindsnare, and the Ever After asylum. Unless it is decided to back track a little bit and cover it, but I doubt it since it is not a important note.
