Wait. So your emo, meaning you don't know how to wear anything else then black clothes and eyeliners, as well as dying your hair black, blue or whatever the fuck color you people use nowadays. Not to mention those god awful earrings that even the ugliest girl would use. Then your gay, meaning you should have an extraordinary sense of fashion and a cheerful attitude, not to mention get along with the girls. But the emo part negates the effect of your gay part since the majority of people can't stand your whining bullshit, so they ignore you when you go into gay mode. But surely the gay mode should at least get rid of those fucking earrings of yours, not to mention get you some attention from the ladies.

But you don't. Yet the gay mode does neglect the effect of the emo mode turning you into a complete whinny bitch that can only talk about death, if only partially. But how powerfull is the gay mode in contrast to the emo mode or, for example, the stagger mode. Is it more powerful or on a equal level with the stagger or does the stagger both out influence both the emo and gay mode, leading to a:

Gay < Emo < Stagger recipe. But of course theres a ton of other mods out there and each one is in contrast with the other, something one can not just simply look into without test subjects. But what if we take into account the mood swings. There may be times in which the Gay mode overwhelms the Emo mode and rises one tier. But off course the Gay mode can also falter and go below one more tier, below the Ginger tire, for an example. But there's always the weather factor that can play an important role, since it can directly affect the mood factor. As well, the current fashion trend can play a huge role in the modifications of the tier.
