I'm looking for an artist who can draw mecha for a story I desire to submit to Rising Star Of Manga. So here's the storyline:A supreme robot named Omnicon created a world known as "Mechrion." Shortly afterwards Omnicon felt a virus developing inside his centeral core, and disspelled it. Once disspelled, the virus then created a body of its own, and became "Destructus." After Omnicon created "The Battalirons," to protect him, from Destructus, he created the "Destructons", who tricked Omnicon, and nearly took him back to Destructus. So as the Battalirons battled the Destruuctons, Omnicon split himself into five segments, and fled to earth, where he then fused himself with five newborn children... Now fifteen years later these children have to work with the robotic partners residing in their bodies, and the Batallrons to defeat the Destructons, and Destructus from ruling the universe.

Each child has a mechanical partner, and once they fuse together, is given a unique suit of armor, as well, as acceptional fighting skills, and the ability to conjure light vechiles from their own auras. Somewhat like what you might see in Tron,( For those of you who saw the movie in 1982, or perhaps a later date, or maybe played Kingdom Hearts II.) The Destructon Leader can create miniature drones from the earth, and use them as Armor that would increase his power, or to attack his foes. But he wishes to use Omnicron to reshape the universe.

Hey, I need an artist for my webcomic, which at this point is simply an idea seeing as I can't draw. The preferred art style is dark-anime, like Blood+.

Genre: Horror
Time: Current
Settings: The settings vary from industrial areas to open fields to arctic terrain. In other words the characters will be shifting around the globe.

The surface idea is, werewolves. Werewolves and government experiments. You see for hundreds of years the Werewolves have been terrorizing humanity, though generally they are considered myths. There are two kinds of werewolves:

Werewolf - Basic mythological werewolves. A weakness to silver, there are several differences between my werewolves and commonly known ones: these can be killed by normal means as well as silver, however such a feat is extremely difficult. They can also transform at will, regardless of the moons position. The main group of heroes the story will focus on currently try to rid the world of werewolves.

Wolfites - Wolfites are genetic mutations of normal humans. They were created by the US government to serve in Iraq, but most of the experiments died before leaving the labs. Created from kidnapped humans and mutating their genetic structure to werewolves. There are only eight of them remaining. They are more vampiric in nature then normal werewolves, as the Wolfites are incapable of producing their own blood. Because of this, they hunt people and drain their victims of their blood. The eight Wolfites will die one by one, with only a few remaining to see the end. There is also an additional Wolfite-Like creature created later on.

The focus is on a team of, basically a free government dedicated to defeating werewolves. Through unfortunate series of events, most of this team is made up of civilians introduced throughout the story.

Jeff - Jeff is the suit-wearing leader of the squad that is the main focus of the story. He has an all-work attitude and uses a hand gun as his primary weapon. His last name is never revealed, it is not even known if Jeff is anything more then an alias.

Linda - Linda is the research member of the team. Early on she is transformed into a werewolf by a screwed up experiment.

Orion - Orion, or Ori, is the main character. Due to his interactions with the Wolfites, he is drafted into the team against his will. He becomes the most important player in the eyes of all parties involved in the story.

Haunt - Haunt is the Alpha of the worlds largest werewolf pack, however this information is not publicly known. He owns a pharmeceutical company called LivAr and is extremely wealthy. His goal is to control every werewolf in existance, a goal that can only be achieved by bringing about the Red Moon.


Those are four characters, but there are many others that will play significant roles to the story. Hm, I guess it's not a very good recruitment request, is it?

I will be writing scripts, in fact the only reason I didn't post one instead is because I'd like to know what kind of format to write it in, the format will be chosen by the artist. The reason for this is because I mostly write in descript paragraph format. what you would see if you opened a book, but I want to write in whatever format is easiest for my artist to understand.

'Aight y'all I'm back with request for a co-writer for a story I'm workin' on titled "The Supernatural" I need some help in polishing the script so that my artist who hired me can convert the text to comic pages. The Story we're workin' with is this: On earth there are many things not seen by human eyes. Creatures, beings, and even objects or abilities. They figure those things don't exist, or can't be accomplished. Only very few in the history of mankind have succeeded in doing these things. Many know them as avatars, advents, sorcerers, wizards, psychics, or whatever you desire to call them. But in this modern age where technological science, and scientific explanations rule the perceptions of man, those things are considered myths, and those who believe in them are insane. Well at least that's how one boy sees it. He alone seeks to unlock the mysteries that are hidden from the world, because of his power to use whatever he imagines. The ability of flight, superhuman strength, spiritual energy, and anything else he can think of. The boy's name is Zack, and he's considered strange because of his believes, and dare we say powers. But he, and very few like him fail to realize is that they have the potential to traverse from one dimension to the next, if they're belief is strong enough. Realizing this fact, a being known as a "Balancer" will seek to destroy them while they are under the guidance of a dimensional wizard, who desires to train them in realizing their full potential so that they can challenge and defeat a dimensional demon who desires to devour the young heroes.

It's for one of mine which I finished some time ago, but am now revising and generally cleaning up.

Being both poor and stingy, I'm afraid I can't offer real money for the work, but I will credit the cover with your name in the book, and send you a free copy of such (with your cover of course).

The book is horror/sci-fi (and some black humor), about a corrupt cop in a corrupt future city.

It's a very dark work,with violence and adult scenes (though it's not porn).

If someone's interested, please let me know. I can supply a copy of the book in eform for serious offers.

I really don't have any ideas about cover design, or how it should look, which gives you a free hand.

Main idea: Husband is in a loving relationship with wife, wife "cheats" on him with a vibrator, so he decides to get back at her by having sex with a toaster, and the result ToasterBoy is born, half boy-half toaster/toast. But how can a toaster make a child? What will Toaster Boy do? Does He Have Special Abilities? Wat kind of fing idiot wuld make a comic like this? Usually, an artist won't do work on something of this grade unless there's some money involved early on in the deal. For people looking for artists it will almost always end up being an "investment" instead of an "When we start making money, you get paid." You might find someone out there that will run with you on this, and I hope you do. But if you really want this comic to go you're probably just going to have to pay someone to work on it. If it's a good enough idea, it will sell and you will make your money back in due time.

If you do end up wanting to pay for services up front, I suggest going to conceptart.org A LOT of great artist there that would be willing to work for you.

Ok, i have a comic. im working on it myself, i dont need help or anything, i just wanted to know if it would be possible to have it admited into the Snafu comunity, and if its possibe, who i have to ask.
