Well, if we take the assumption that Mammon is a powerful being in this underworld, perpahs one of the ruling figures of it, it wouldn't be so surprising that he has his own warp gate, its already been established that high ranking officals do go to the Other Side from time to time, and Mammon seems to be a-typical for the residents of this world. Robin is the only other person who is at all like this (by being a-typical and somewhat nice ...)
