Aneri pm'd me a little while earlier about trying to revive our danger-room session, but she's so busy she's hardly around anymore.

This is your RP, so you winging it wouldn't be a problem I think, but this mission was Aneri's brainchild. I guess I'm fine either way. I don't think they're ready for this mission as of yet anyway.

She actually IMed me about five minutes or something after I made the post, but I haven't bothered to say so because of some laziness. Anything I had just said in that previous post is null. Most of it anyway. That's right Cortana! You no longer have a choice! And I mean that in the nicest way.

FYI to Mk: Following the end of this issue, your character is being nerfed. Her powers far outweigh anything I originally expected, and outclass any of the other players' characters by far too much. Storyline-wise, she'll be having a lot of mental blocks put in place, so her powers will have to be toned down a lot.

That would depend on you. It'll be just like it would be in the storyline. If Dawn (you) can prove that she can keep things in check, and not overtly display her abilities here and there, then the powers will return. It would be the same thing for any character with mental blocks in place.

And to the rest of Durandal whom may be waiting for my next post, I'm just waiting for the rest of the group to react. Don't want to compound a bunch of attacks, and then make the others have to sift through and react to all of them in succession, while all the while being unable to do anything. Of course, it's incredibly likely I'll ignore this later, depending on my attention span :D

I dunno, i'm a little tired of so many posts being condescending. It sometimes feels like we can't do anything right regardless if a situation is probably unavoidable. Like would it have mattered if Miranda spoke first? The guy clearly wasn't going to go "oh well you're nice people, so I guess i'll just take off."

Don't read too much into my posts. Anything I say within the game isn't in criticism to a decision you have already made. I'm just either mentioning a possible solution, or another possible path that could've been taken (which can seem like a solution, given the context). If my integrated messages come off as condescending, I'm sorry for that. That was never my intention. You know your character actually did something "wrong" when they're dead, or otherwise entirely incapacitated (or I ask you to change your post). Otherwise, anything your character does can be considered to be done "correctly."

Well, I dunno, it would be nice if some of Koren's projections actually worked out perfectly fine for once. It was pretty unpleasant seeing his attention to detail be wasted when we ended up just slowly checking each cell in the least efficient way possible. XD
As it is, he's practically just depowered with some unnatural reflexes.

Eh, i've always considered 'superintelligence' to be somewhat overpowered when it comes to forum RPing. You could always just say how your guy comes up with every outcome or has the best ideas or figures out any puzzle instantly. It's like, when do you limit it? How do you build encounters with thar character in mind? Imenak made the facility not have any security cameras (presumably to make the whole situation less complex so we didn't go crazy dissecting it like we began to), so going to a security room would have been pointless. It has nothing to do with them ignoring your idea. Assuming that's what you're speaking of.

Also, Toad will probably be preoccupied with the current attacks on him, so i'm with Hana in the fact that I can't word a whole post just to say I got knocked down, i'll consider this my incapacitation for this round and take my action next time.

I'm regretting using my little Rose now.
It's so damn hard to RP a shy character.
