Mathias, quick question: can our characters hear another character's totem speak? Or can we only understand our own totems? Also, can the totems speak to each other? It's not critical at the moment, but it could be later on, so I was just wonderin'.

I think that you can understand what your totems think and vice-versa, but when they speak out loud anyone can hear them. Except if they whisper. (That's how it was in 'His Dark Materials' so perhaps it's different here. So don't take what I said for sure)

Eventually, one of her parents decreed that she was to learn weapons training. She resented that because she would much rather be engaged in a battle of wits than weapons. Nevertheless, Riana soon became an adept at using the short sword.

Personality Quirks: Riana will never pass up a chance to show off her assets. She is a complete and total flirt. Even though she is a flirt, and loves showing off, Riana is a very quiet girl. No one knows much about her besides her totem and a few close friends. It’s hard to see past her flirty exterior, but she’s a very reliable girl. Riana is very smart, and intelligent. She uses that intelligence to observe and analyze people. She always has the manners that mark her as noble born, even though she was raised in the orphanage.

Clothing Style: Riana loves to dress in clothes that feel good on her skin. She’ll spend plenty of time browsing for clothes just to find something that feels particularly amazing to her. Her favorite outfit consists of a deep blue skirt falling to about her knees, and a similar colored T shirt that is very tight fitting which covers her very generous breasts. She is very often seen wearing this outfit. Her short sword is kept slung across her back for quick access.

I'm wondering if we should take our time getting to the other blacksmith, because it might be a good place for Casmir to jump in once he gets his character up. Since it sounds like that's what he's planning on having his character do... Or maybe they can hang around the shop until his character makes an appearance. Or something. Either way, before I post again, I'll give anyone else who wants to some time to react to the current side-quest: Carry Tarik's crap.

I hope Axon didn't fall asleep in the shop and everyone forgot he was in there...

I was just gonna have Tarik leave the place for someone else to look after, anyway; but the burnination works out much better. As for carrying the weapons and stuff... well, I figured everyone needed a weapon of some kind, and this way they don't have to pay for 'em.

And Axon was left in another part of the bazaar by Drake. He's either sleeping in the middle of the street, or moseying on back towards the smoldering pile of sticks that was Tarik's home/livelihood. XD

Slightly off-topic: Angelus swooped in like Trogdor there. 'Twas awesome.
