Inspired by Griddles' PPGD fanfics, I wanted to do a Grim Tales Down Below fanfics that would be about my own original evil group The Inner Cirlce. However, there are a couple of problems: 1)The Grim Tales comic has barely started so I wouldn't know if the Kids from Down Below are protecotrs of the Underworld or not(That's what I thought they were ) 2) I'm not sure if I can my story right. (I'm a novice when it comes to fanfics ) So if anyone can give me some advice, it would really help.

I've inspired someone!? Wow... didn't know I was capable of that.

My best advice would be to wait for Bleed to finish chapter 6 (should only be a few more weeks) and then wait for him to update Grim Tales some more.

I understand how it may be hard, with such little information on the story. But I don't know if there's much else you can do, short of emailing Bleed for a bit of info.

Just go with it and write anything your head thinks of. That's what I do.

Fanfic advice for any fanfic of anything!:: it still needs its own story that doesn't suck!

So I would do some thinking about the story before you write it. What is interesting, where is it going, how does it end? And yeah, knowing the characters is good, but it's not like things haven't left what's true before... :rolleyes:

Well i can wait for awhile. And I wanted to em-ail him about the KDB motives and my Inner Circle Idea(I did once and he thought my Inner Circle idea was pretty cool ). I think I need to reworked on it so more. My ideas change so much.

One thing I have to admit though. whenever I write anything it mostly just comes rigth out of my head. I don't plan or think, I just type. Many times when a teacher loves my work is when I just pull it out of my ass.

Generally, me too, but not everyone can do that. I've read many-a terrible fanfic where people tried to do that but they just.can't.write. I can keep straight in my head what has happened and what needs to happen and what is or is not in character (etc) but a lot of people can't x_x

I do a lot of planning with mine, but I can be spontaneous too. But generally, I think things through. I often get ideas overnight.

Yeah some people just have the main goal and the flow of the story down. When the plot kind of veers off course and takes the funkiest plot twist to evermore confuse the reader is really annoying. And then there's actually grammatical factors A couple of mispellings are okay, but when the sentence or paragraph doesn't make even make any bloody sense when read 20 times over it's really annoying >_<

Well...this is gonna be cool if it ever starts. I can't wait to see it. With that whole "pulling it out of my ass" thing, I pretty much do that as well


If anyone wants to see my fanfic of terminator, just say so...if I do post it, comments and critiques welcome, as usual.
