Prologue

The year is 2089. The world now is on a much direr state, as previous states of the world unite to form one mega-power. The mega-nations United Atlantic, Chinese Pacifica and the return of the Soviet Federation. Turn the world into a giant battlefield because of disputes in power and authority. World War III finally, broke out. Claiming millions of lives, destroying the world bit by bit, changing the very landscape and face of the earth itself and eventually the mega-nations themselves collapsed. But one nation survived and is struggling to survive even longer for the war took over decades of endless fighting and chaos. Soon surviving break-away nations arise, they contacted them and join them to restore their crippled planet and revised the system of power. After restoring order and peace to the world and establishing a new kind of government, it slowly stirs them to the path of recovery and restoration.

Two centuries now had passed and it was now 2289. The so called, "Galactic Age". After a long delay, they've reach the power to colonize other heavenly bodies and explore the vast unknown. Under the rule of one global power, the "Earth Federation", life is way much easier, and peace rules all. As global trade flourishes and reach outwards to their colonies, "Luna", "The Commonwealth of Mars", "The Systems of Jupiteria" and "Keys of Saturnia". Peace certainly rules outwards. The Global Military also has their advancements, having their Galactic Fleet, patrol the entire Solaria System, and acquiring the technology to harness the power of their active core, the sun,the solar wind and from a recently acquired source, the "Malicioum" and also acquiring, the "Warp Drive" Technology.

As they haven't made any contact with other life yet, they are still hoping for the day, that they will make contact. But they did not expect that that day is now. One unexpected fleet arrived at their very doorstep. The patrols and nearby Defense Ring looks at the mysterious ship accompanied by what they classify as Frigates. And on the side of the ships, they saw an emblem, that resembles theirs, but is enclosed by Two Rings and below the emblem, is to their surprise, written on their language says; "Earthevius". They were baffled and stunned as they saw them exiting the warp gate the visitors made and suddenly, they contacted them. All nearby ships and the defense rings of both the Earth and Luna, were tuned in on the broadcast message from the visitors saying.

"This is the Earthevian Diplomatic Fleet Inercia. Bearing the message from our High Queen and council, We come in peace..."

Chapter 1: Atlantis
Part 1


The entire Defense and Communications Bureau of Earth and Luna are in an entire disarray upon the arrival of the Earthevian visitors. They continue their course slowly as they wait for an answer. As the heads of the External Communications discuss on what to do, the Earthevians sends a message to them.

"This is the Earthevian Diplomatic Fleet Inercia. Requesting to land and enter earth planetary airspace to deliver a message from the high queen of outmost importance..."

They all listened to the second message the Earthevians made until finally they come into a conclusion. The Chief of External Communications then heads for a dashboard then enters communication codes to send a message to the Earthevians. A video channel appeared infront of the whole communications department and saw the captain of the Inercia.

"This is the captain of Inercia, Isaac Macentosh. Requesting permission to enter earth planetary airspace. Once again we come in peace..." He repeated.

The chief looking at the captain, with little hesitation answered the foreign captain;
"This is the chief of External Communications of the Earth Federation. Your request of entering earth planetary airspace is hereby granted upon the conditions..." The captain only reacted by slightly nodding his head as he awaits the conditions to be layed out.

"Earthevian Inercia escorts shall remain on the position they are now, so that our own may take their place as you enter the planetary airspace. Second, you are to lower your weapons system for our own security as well. Third you may only follow the escorts that will be flying with you and follow the pathway we will be sending to you now..."

In the Inercia ship, they received the following codes upon their pathway and entered it to their navigational systems. As they finish entering it, at a short while, beams of light appeared in front of them and it slowly light the way leading to the earth planetary gate. The captain then ordered their escorts ships to back away.

The ships then slowly made distance from Inercia then with the same numbers, the earth escorts, as promised took their place. After several minutes they then were given the go signal to approach and enter the planetary gate. As they slowly approach the gate, small chatter begins to envelop the bridge of Inercia.

"After all these years. It finally comes to this..." The captain said as he is smiling with mix emotions. His crew was just looking at him as his first officer then speaks.

"Sir, we are entering their third barrier sphere. All weapons systems will automatically turn off and security here is much more tougher..." She explained.

The captain just sitting there and looking where they are going.
"Well, after all what happened to them. It's no surprise that they will be this over-protective..."

Then a bell sounded notifying that they are being contacted. They opened their communications to see another officer wearing an ear piece and in white-blue uniform bearing the earth emblem.
"Diplomatic Fleet Inercia, you are to enter the planetary gate and to enter planetary airspace. your planetary identification is 0-0-A-9-1-0-0. This will be used to identify you and this will be your ship I.D. during your visits..."

"Thank you officer..." The captain smiled as he answered. Then the officer quickly added with a smile on her face; "And welcome to Earth..." Then communications seized and they continued to their destination.

On the other end of the gate, a nearly invisble sheet of cloth-like properties, appeared and enclosed the gate. They continued on and as they go through, the sheet then enveloped and covered the entire ship. They corrected their angle for their descent to the airspace and they started to enter earth atmosphere. They blazed their way in the atmosphere but not quite that bumpy, after several minutes they finally entered earth airspace and sheet then was gone. It turns out that the sheet is a protective layering for entering earth. They were all impress for the technology for they themselves haven't thought of it.

They where in the southern parts of the Atlantic ocean as they head out northwards. The view was simply spectacular and the crew was simply amazed for what they are witnessing. Clear blue skies, the blue and the sun that shines in all directions and made the ocean glitter. All of it reminds them of their own home, similar to those of Earth. As they slowly glide unto the earth airspace they saw, rising from the horizon and appearing on their radar, a floating city in the middle of the Atlantic. It was the capital of the earth and the federation as whole, Atlantis.

They were all in awe as they saw the city, much different from the information they had, this city was lively. Full of trees and buildings, co-existing with one another. And in the middle, was the towering skyscraper. The very symbol of the Earth's trade, military and galactic might, the Central Aspire. And in this towering glory, the leader of the Earth Federation, is anxiously waiting for them, waiting right outside the landing bay, smiling as he awaits, his very welcomed visitors.

I'm getting off in a second and your sig caught my idea so I'll do a quick scan of parts; it seems very exposition heavy and very awkward. Like the first sentence of Chapter 1 is not smooth at all.

Based on the fact that there doesn't seem to be much focus or setup on the characters, it seems you more want to write about this society you envision. And world-building is fine, a lovely activity for many, but it doesn't make for good writing. You have to have characters be the heart of a story, not a world. It's how film works as well. Any film that goes too heavy in world-building and exposition loses its heart and is generally a bad movie because it failed to have that connection with its characters. What is brought to my mind is the book Brave New World. It's an interesting scientific dystopia, and I myself am always interested in the world at large, but the book is only compelling through how it affects the characters, such as Jack (I don't know if you've read it or not), not because the vision of the world was creative. Creativity does not necessarily equal quality.

I'll uh do something better tomorrow, I gotta sleep for my AP Lit test. I'm just being critical quickly, I'll see if there's anything to praise tomorrow. You probably thought while reading this that you've barely written anything and that you'll do these things later on, which I understand, I'm just basing it off what I see presently. Starting something off is always tricky.

Thank you for commenting. I'm sorry that I haven't reveal the main character yet, I like to delay their entrance but it seems that it's a bad Idea. Well anyways thanks again, and I'll be unveiling the main soon, just gonna make some minor adjustments.

Chapter 1: Atlantis
Part 2


The wind was blowing on the very top of the Central Aspire as he waits for his guests. He walks back and forth constantly checking and rehearsing his lines, for his staff chose his words very, very carefully to avoid offending them without realizing it. It was a light mid-afternoon when the Inercia finally hit their sights.

"Supreme Minister, word from the tower saying that Inercia is now within Atlantis airspace. Awaiting your orders sir..." Said one of his staff.

The Supreme Minister, walks forward slowly as he views the incoming Inercia. He smirks then heads back inside the main council room.

"Ready the welcoming party, I want everything to be perfect for our first extraterrestrial guests..." He commanded as he walks inside.

Supreme Minister Rowald Eisenhower. 3rd generation of the ruling family of Eisenhower. The family is the one responsible for restoring order and peace throughout the world. They are the ones that established a new and revised type of government they are using, Monarch Parliament. Having full control and authority back in the early days of the Federation, the Eisenhowers where considered as royal bloods. Having past the Ring of Power over generations, they have complete control of the entire federation government, and the latest successor, Rowald Eisenhower. Son of the Supreme Minister Macentosh Eisenhower, he assumed power when his father suddenly died of a heart attack. The council, and senate decided on whether to pass the ring of power or not to Rowald since he is young at the time. But because of a majority vote, Rowald became the youngest leader in the age of 19. Now turning 25, he made numerous yet big achievements. Implementing the Terran Law allows the citizens of the federation live on which colonies they like. The establishment of the Commonwealth of Mars, the Galactilization of the Federation military and peace force, to name a few. At his young age, he made this achievements, and the latest one will be his greatest of all.

The Inercia closes in to the Central Aspire as it prepares it's delegation to teleport them on top of the landing bay. They were close enough and they begin the teleportation sequence. Suddenly a bright blue light appeared at the center of the landing bay and it shaped into a figure of 3 men. As they finally appeared, the guards salutes them and various members of the council greeted them. They were all surprised to see that their visitors were a lot like them, but still they handed over some gifts to them.

"From the Earth Federation, I present to you this humble gift from our home planet..." He extended his arms holding on his hands a basket full of fruits. The delegates smiled at them at takes the basket full of fruits then it too was beamed back to the ship.

Another member of the council approached them holding the Federal seal of friendship and peace;
"I present to you this emblem that bears the sign of the Federation..." She then puts it on the other delegate and backs away; "This is a sign of Friendship and Peace, for we are humbled by your un-announced visit..."

"Well, we were trying to contact you but it appears that your communication codes have changed..." said one of the delegates. The council members eyes widens as they were surprised for their visitor suddenly spoke their language.

"Please don't be surprise, we are not different you and I..." one of them spoke. Finally getting back to their senses the council members then giggled and so as the delegates.

"So, I think we have a lot to talk about, so we will now go inside the main council room..." He said. Then the council members smiled at them then leads them to the council room.

"I believe so..." The delegate smiled then they all walk inside the council room.

Arriving inside the council members heads to their respective places while the delegates proceeds to the center of the room. The council's attention is only focused on their foreign guests as they were surprised of their appearance. The delegates just looks around them, smiling as they see the council seeming fascinated about them. The Supreme Minister, who's chair was floating on the opposite side of the room, turned around and to his surprise that the delegates looks like them. He just stared at them for a couple of minutes until he stands up and greets his visitors.

"My friends..." he said as he slowly walks towards them; "My, foreign friends. Welcome to Earth. Home of the earthlings, home of the human civilization..." Then the council claps and claps while the delegates looked around them...

"I am the leader of the Federation, Supreme Minister Rowald Eisenhower..." He smiles as he attempts to shake one of the hands of the delegates. They just looked at his hand before Rowald notices that they do not intend to do the same, so he just pulls back his hand and heads back to his chair.

"So, my foreign friends, what brings you here to our humble little blue world called Earth?" he eagerly asks.

Then, one of the delegates come forward and speaks.
"My name is Ambassador Meleoi Heim, of the Human Civilization of Earthevius..." The entire room was shocked while the smile on Rowald's face disappears; "But because of our similarities, we may call ourselves the, Earthevian Civilization..." the ambassador continued. Then one of the delegates spoke afterwards.

"We have come here, not only for a peace mission, but we also came to discuss a certain matter that we feel is important to be resolve by both of our people..." he explained.

The Supreme Minister's smile was once again painted back as he asks; "What is it you wish to discuss with us?"

The delegate smiles deviously at Rowald, appearing that something is about to be revealed, "The fact that the early inhabitants of your world, came from Earthevius..."

Rowald was stunned for what he just heard and the council was completely stunned as well. Rowald gulps as he is imagining the inevitable...

Chapter 1: Atlantis
Part 3


The council room murmurs and echoes throughout, the guards look at each other in disbelief and the Supreme Minister, still shocked and still as a rock as he only look to their foreign shockers. The earthevian ambassador along with his companions look around the room and seems to be expecting this kind of reaction.

"I know this is hard to believe..." The ambassador suddenly spoke and caught the room's attention.
"But this is the truth and we brought our own evidences to prove it..." he said then signals his companions to bring something a front.

Rowald looks to the one approaching the center holding a disk like object. The rooms attention is only focused to the man holding the mysterious disk when he suddenly threw it into the air and the disk detached into half. With slight glow a hologram starts to appear and it shows, Earth.

"This is earth in its early stages..." the ambassador begins to tell their part of the evidence.

In the earths early times, a nearby colonizing ship coincidentally named Earth. It's warp gate processor and generators broke down and exiting drastically into earth's atmosphere. Therefore re-appearing much more harsh that it damaged the entire ship as a whole. During that time, the earth was one of the first earthevian colonizing ship and since it was the first, everything was still, experimental. The ship lost all means of communication, leaving the captain with only one option, land to the nearest habitable planet and it was this planet.

Rowald still shocked and stunned watching the footage as the smoking ship enters the early earth's atmosphere. It is lucky that they landed safely but with casualties as well. During that time they still tried to contact earthevius but failed so they settled in a continent known as Africa. And ever since then, they blended in with the so called; naturals of this world, the Earthlings.

The hovering disks then closes as they only showed a portion of the evidence they have brought. The man then catches the disks and goes back to were he previously stand. the Ambassador then signals the other to bring more when Rowald stands up.

"That is enough ambassador..." he said with a very unpleasant voice then looks at the ambassador with cold eyes which the ambassador quickly catch, resulting for him to signal the other to ignore his first order.

The room is quiet as only the slow footsteps of the Supreme Minister is to be heard while the ambassador spoke.
"We came here to solve this problem, not to cause one. But----" he was stopped when the Supreme Minister puts his right hand to his left shoulder.

He looked at it and turns his head towards the displeased Supreme Minister and quickly catch what he wants to portray. He calms and Rowald retracting his right arm. He then turns back towards the main chair and said.
"Leave your evidences..." he commands the ambassador. He reached his chair and turns his sights towards them.
"Leave the decision making to us..." He added as his way of look is still not changing.

"But Supreme Minister, my queen will be anxious upon your decision and----" again interrupted by Rowald.
"Tell your queen we will contact you immediately after we make a decision..." he sat to his chair as the council begins to murmur.
"We will send our ambassador with you as our representatives..." he added as the ambassador shows signs of failure to his side.

"Tell your queen your mission is a success and you may leave earth, now..." Rowald added as the ambassador was shocked by the last statement.

They were immediately escorted out of the room and upon closing of the doors. the council erupts. As they continue on with their own talks, a woman approached the Supreme Minister.

"Call the other heads of state, heads of continents. Prepare the com links to Jupiteria, Saturnia, Mars and Luna. Tell them, this is an emergency federation meeting code 1..."

The secretary's eyes widened with only this answer; "Yes your majesty..." Then leaves immediately, leaving Rowald thinking, on how to tackle the greatest challenge yet.

Chapter 1: Atlantis
Part 4.


Weeks has passed when the news got out about the Earthevians. Mass rallies are now erupting throughout the entire federation, and also the commonwealth as they object what the earthevians want's to happen. As of now the government is now trying to keep the riots at bay as the delegates of the other space colonies is to arrive. Rowald is now in fire control as he tries to make the citizens of the earth calm and a decision is soon to be made once the meeting is held.

At the Central Aspire, down below the golden gates is a barricade of riot police ready to fend of rioters and demonstrators. It was a bright and sunny day yet people tend to ignore such a meaningful bliss. News now goes out as riots on Luna and the commonwealth along with the other system colonies goes out of hand and the people calls for drastic actions. The head adviser to the supreme Minister, Yondenheim Vladimir. Known for his successful exploits for the establishment of the commonwealth of mars and also for the system colonies yet has a rather iron clamp on most of the council and head of states.

Escorted by two men, he walks along the corridors of the central aspire as he heads toward the supreme ministers head of offices. They took a left and in front of them are two mass doors guarded by two royal guards. They saluted from afar before opening the doors and inside is like a massive library with the portraits of the past rulers on each top of the bookshelves, and in the middle of this massive office is the desk, a rather medium sized desk where Rowald is sitting on the opposite side, a little uneasy for what is happening.

"What is this?" Yondenheim suddenly asked. Drops the papers to the desktop while Rowald only looked at it.
"Why are you calling out the entire head of states and other representatives for you to make a call, when you can do it on your own?" he explained with a voice that is somewhat provocative.

Rowald then stoods up and looks outside the windows of his office. Yondenheim only look as he awaits for his superior to talk.
"For I'm not that kind of leader you wanted me to be. I shall talk to these representatives so that I can come up of the best solution for this..." he answered.

Yondenheim then approached Rowald and with a lowered whispering voice he said to him in a tone;
"I'm telling you this, supreme minister. War is inevitable...." he whispered as Rowald's eyes widened.
"And if we don't strike the first blow now, they will have us as their colony now----"

"I said I can handle this!" he shouted, interrupting his head adviser as he was also shocked and backs away a little from Rowald.
"That is what I'm trying to avoid! They know that we are a sovereign galactic nation! And they will not attempt to annex us!" he lowered his voice by little yet still the shout can be heard outside. Yondenheim only moved back in front of the desk rather frustrated and with his fists held in his back as he listens to Rowald's lecture.

"Now, I will repeat what I've said in the holophone. I'll handle the decision making for this, you handle the commotion happening outside..." he pointed outside the window were there is a clear view of what is happening way down.

"Am I understood?" He stares at Yondenheim.

A little uneasy and frustrated he is, he answered; "Yes your excellency..." he bowed a little then exits the room leaving Rowald standing and sighed for he knows what knid of hurdle is ahead.

Outside as Yondenheim heads for his office. As frustration and anger is to be seen in his eyes he said to himself.
"Your days are numbered; Supreme Minister..."

Chapter 1: Atlantis
Part 5


The same week, the system colonies representative ships, along with Luna and Commonwealth ships arrives at Earth atmospheric airspace. They all entered earth via earth planetary gate, and soon entered earth airspace. Along the same airspace in every direction the earths nation representatives, continental representatives approaches the floating city and all docked at the city air docks. They all where welcomed by angry protesters and mobs as they are being repelled by the riot police.

They all are chanting "No to Earthevians!" repeatedly as all of the delegates aboard their hover limos and some to helix copters as they head towards the center of the city. Some are very displeased on how it greatly affected the government and its people, as they can see banners hanging from different buildings the emblem of Earthavius and marking it with a huge red X. Under the city were the ocean flows freely are guarded by the Earth Federation Navy as they guard the under belly which potential terrorists can enter. And unto the skies that surround it also, are guarded by the Earth Planetary Air Force.

They all arrive at the Central Aspire which is now surrounded by a barricade and less riot police as peaceful demonstrators chant the very same thing and camera flashes from the International Media. The helix copters arrives at the top landing bay as one by one the delegates goes out of the copters, some of the delegates' attention where caught by the building work happening from afar, surrounded by two blue circle lines as construction of the Earthevian Royal Embassy is occuring, guarded by the city police also.

They all entered the mid level round council room which is only used if all the delegates of the Federation is needed and summoned. They fill the room as some had a little chit chat and murmur as they wait for the others and also for the Supreme Minister which will be seated opposite of the entrance doors. They've waited for an hour when finally everyone is complete and is seated, and also the Supreme Minister enters the room and sat on his chair and right beside him is the Head Adviser. The current leader of the grand council, the Representative Of United Africa, stands up for the national anthem.

After they sung, they sat down and so the Supreme Minister stands and begins the talks.
"As all of you may know, we are in need of a decision in which, I need your opinions..." He said to the listening council as he looks at everyone.
"The Empire of Earthevius, or Earthevius wants something that belongs to us..." He quickly sighed, as his eyes begins to show a little unrest.
"And that is a colony on our part..." He looked at everyone as all of them were a little surprised and all murmurs as Rowald quiets them down.
" I know, I know that it is a little absurd. But I will not allow it also..." He said with confidence as everyone sighed of relief.
"But we still need to make a decision ladies and gentleman..." He added; "And I need your opinions to be heard, now..." he explained further.

Someone stands from the left side where the Supreme Minister stands; "What is it Rep. of Saturnia?"

Holding papers on her hand she puts on her glasses and said; "Other than what the excellency have said; Earthevius also wants access on different parts of our government and also the commonwealth of mars..." she suddenly pointed with her right pinky to the rep. of the commonwealth.
Everyone's attention is focused to her even the Head Adviser and Rowald who is drinking a glass of water.
"They want access to our diplomacy, and also wants military access..." She suddenly dropped the papers to her desk and removes her glasses; "This is clearly a breach of our sense of Autonomy and Sovereignty..." she added.

Then another stands up from the same side, on the lower aisle; "If we even grant them, for example, military access. This would mean they can crawl on to our territories even if without consent...." The rep. of Scandinavia said. Then another stands up.
"Not only that, they can put in their fleet, armies on our spacial territory..." the rep. of Luna added; "We can't just allow that!" He shouted as everyone appears to agree with the representatives.

"It would also mean that we will have to trade with them, trade with our resources to theirs, thus, transferring different microbes which is possibly non-existent here on earth..." The rep. of Europa added; "That's why we've put the Earth Planetary Gate and the protective sheet, to prevent that from ever happening..." the rep. of the North America answered.

"I've also noticed here..." the rep. of the Republic of China stands up; "They want a nation of their own on every continent known..." He added; "It's clear they want footholds in various parts of the globe..." Everyone seems to missed this one and they looked and scour the paper as the Supreme Minister chin's down...

The Head Adviser then notices this and then he stands up and approached the middle of the room.
"My, head's of states and the commonwealth. It is clear what they want..." He says to everyone on the room.
"They want to take over us and control us without us even noticing it!" He added; "We as a sovereign, galactic empire will not let this happen..." He added again as everyone listens to him and the Supreme Minister for the first time, feels powerless...
"Soon they will want to change our nationality to Earthevians..." Everyone suddenly felt anxious to their seats as they seem to have an idea on where this is going...

"My friends, my fellow earthlings. War is inevitable because we will not grant them a single one of their demands..." Yondenheim adds as he looks at every single one of the representatives.
"And I know you saw this coming, so we need to strike the first blow to them!" He shouts and this phrase caught Rowald's attention as everyone seems to agree with his Head Adviser.
"And I know it is quite clear where this meeting will lead..." he said; "And since this is a Federation Meeting Code 1, it is stated in the Federation law that a decision has to be made..." he said as his eyebrows begins to close up; "And has to be made now!" he shouts then everyone silently murmurs then Yondenheim looks at the Supreme Minister chin down as his right arm rests on his chair.

"So, your excellency, what is your decision?" He asked as he smiles broadly and everyone waits for his answer...

The Supreme Minister looks at everyone as he has come to a decision that will, change the tide of power on the Government...

Chapter 1: Atlantis
Part 6

The council anxiously wait so does the Head Adviser eager to hear the decision of the Supreme Minister. Rowald only sat on his chair with his eyes close as he makes and crunches the opinions the entire federation body had laid out. Carefully planning, thinking critically of every single detail of what kind of outcome would occur once the decision is made. Everyone anxiously wait, the council quiet as still as a needle drop can be heard, all breaking sweat even though the room is air conditioned. Yondenheim eager enough to hear his superiors decision so does the others but starting to get anxious about the dead silence Rowald is emitting.

A very awkward silence is now turning into a silent turmoil as everyone is about to burst their minds out on why the hell is it taking so long when finally, the hovering sound of the Supreme Minister's chair silently echoed as it backs away, Rowald standing up with both hands leaning on the table as he looks at everybody. The decision has been made.

"My fellow earthlings, I have come to a decision which is both dangerous and beneficial in our part..." He said with a calm tone while everybody listens and as Yondenheim get's back to his sit.

Everyone seemed to lean forward slightly as they await the next words that will come out of the fastest decision maker on the entire federation.
"I have decided on not, and to respectfully disagree with all of their demands..." Shocking everyone slightly for in their minds linger that at least one of the demands will be met, and this stunned Yondenheim as well pushing him from comfort to shock.
"I've also decided to go there, personally. To Earthevius, to pay a little visit and have a cup of tea with the Queen herself..."
This surely stunned everyone and as the result, everyone explodes suddenly.

"Are you mad?"; "Hostile territory? Please do reconsider!" several representatives shouted; "An official alliance haven't been made yet! It's political suicide!"; "They look further down to us with this kind of step your highness!" Another shouted.

Everyone is expressing their belief but Yondenheim kept quiet and waits further for the Supreme Minister which is clearly not finish.

"My friends, my friends, calm down..." Attempting to calm the raging council but clearly, no one heard him when suddenly he shouts;
"SILENCE!" Echoed throughout the room as this surely worked and everyone just stared at him, who is catching some of his breath.

"Now everyone sit the down! And let me finish!" He continued; "Bunch of assholes..." he whispered to himself.
"Now, I will go there with the highest of respect, being given to them..." He said as everyone sees no point. "Since they are clearly, monarchy. They will acknowledge this as an honor for the king..." Pointing to himself; "Me, paid them a visit even though I am the busiest earthling they know..." Everyone agreed and some released a slight sigh.

"And because I'm the highest official I am obliged and it's also my duty to bring this sensitive topic to a fellow leader as well..." He continued and walked in front of his desk; "So I will be bringing some gifts and also this issue..."

He looked at everyone that now seems to agree with him until he added; "And the trip will be made next week..." This caught everybody off guard when the representative of the Philippine Federation spoke; "Why so sudden? Make this 3 months from now. Why rushing things?" he asked as the Supreme Minister Chuckled a little as he snaps his finger once and a huge hollogram, projecting the image of the angry rioters all over the globe, then he pointed out as everyone watches.

"To avoid this protester, demonstrators, and peaceful activists on turning to a rebellion which will lead to a huge revolution...." Everyone then mumured.

"This meeting is now over, and the decision has been made. Next Week, I'm off to Earthevia..." Marking the closing of the meeting, everyone left including the rushing Supreme Minister leaving only the other representatives on the room with Yondenheim slightly displeased of the outcome.

Yondenheim finally stood up and rushed also, exiting the room. He grabbed his phone from his pants pocket and dialed a number and then putting it back to his pockets, then slightly touching his left ear he said with a very sinister voice.

"General, we have a problem..." He said then a graveled mysterious voice echoed from the earpiece.
"This is surely troublesome, report back to base at once..." The voice commanded. "Yes general, long live Nirvax..." Then ending the conversation, and Yondenheim disappearing to the silhouette of the corridor.

Chapter 1: Atlantis
Part 7

Protest still rattle the Federation in every part of it's territory. The capital planet itself is still shaken by protesters, Luna on the verge of calling for independence, so as the systems of Jupiteria and Saturnia, While Mars, is still under control of it's commonwealth. The very statement made by the Supreme Minister after the day of the meeting somehow put things into a slightly calm seas. Rowald himself even has doubts of his upcoming en devour to Earthevius, he thinks of what to do since he only thought about the idea for a slight moment in the meeting just to finish it early. He bites his nail as he rides his hover copters escorted by helix copters as they make their way to Neo Tokyo, Nation State of Japan, Asian Region. It was roughly a two hour ride from the ocean city of Pacifica.

Wondering about what might happen upon the visit baffles his mind for this is their first encounter, a historic one that will certainly mark themselves in the history books. He looks to the screen in front of him and it turned on the second he lay his gaze upon it. He watch as news from every part of the Federation and the Commonwealth was flashed to the screen as the reporter focuses on the upcoming visit.

Reporter

As some of the protest around the capital planet subsides due to the statement made by his highness, Supreme Minister Rowald Eisenhower to his visit to the Earthevian Monarchy to discuss about possible alliance between the two Galactic Empires of the Earth Federation and the newly encountered counterpart; The Kingdom of Earthevius.

Rowald listens to the broadcast closely as this is one of his ways on understanding the day to day state of the Federation itself.

Reporter

Inter-Galactic Experts who predicted the Martian Independence predicts that this will be a bad move the first of the young Supreme Minister will ever made. Says that I quote; "Will put the entire Federation into a bad place in our Earthevian counterparts". Others say otherwise, saying that such a move made by the highest ranking official of the Federation will put us on a good side and a possible alliance will be forge during the visit of his Highness.

The Martian Commonwealth fully supports the move by the Supreme Minister that the Martian Prime Minister said that Mars will be behind the man who granted them full independence and commonwealth status. He also stated that Mars will not go back and will try to look at the positive sides of every decision of the Supreme Minister makes.

However, Head Advisor Yondenheim who strongly oppose the decision made by the Supreme Minister will assume responsibilities upon the departure of the Supreme minister. We tried to reach to an interview about the predicament but he continues to avoid the Media and gave no further comments upon the matter.

Rowald listens closely as he gaze upon the upcoming coast of the Nation State of Japan. Upon gazing in the city of Neo Tokyo he sees his ship, specially made for things such as this, the ship that will symbolize the Supreme Minister himself upon arriving in Earthevian Atmosphere, Earth. The envoy closes to the city as the path is made for them directly heading for the ships sight.

They landed on the bay of the docks as a huge crowed and protesters awaits him. The copter touches down and he slowly departs his copter and flashes of camera and the mix applause of the reporters sitting in front of a stage and the shouts of the protesters way on the back but loud enough to be heard clearly.

Rowald Waves with a smile on his face as he approach the middle of the stage and was ready to give a short speech. The crowd quiets down but the protesters can still be heard.

"This will be a monumental day that will make it's own mark on our history. Overshadowing every achievement made by my past predecessors, the ancient past, and my own as well. I hope that this will lead to a good relationship between our two civilizations which, do not differ from each other in every way. I will not be making this speech long and I will not be taking any questions. But I will promise you this, good will come out of this grandest of gestures..." He nods and leaves immediately heading for the entrance of the ship.

He was accompanied by some of the delegates coming along and some of the engineers that describes the ship. It was plain white, complete with a launching bay but hidden from view, the bridge which is elegant and very high-tech, latest and much more advance technology. Possessing the fastest engines and sophisticated energy technology, comes along with extended winglike separate engines in each side. The ship was top class.

Rowald was astounded and pleased upon the ships exterior and everything that came along with it. Bearing the emblem of the Earth Federation on the neck of the ship along with the emblem of the Supreme Minister. He boarded the ship and sat up in the bridge in his own special chair. The Engines of the ship starts and everything is ready. Earth slowly hovered from the ground as the admiral who is commanding the ship ordered to exit earth. The ship slowly ascends to the right altitude before they speed up and exit the earth airspace and heads for the Earth Atmosphere section B-12. They exited the Defense Ring gates as Rowald still grasps the view of the Earth from space, the admiral waited for the go signal of the Supreme Minister.

Rowald still has a smile on his face as he breathes deeply before giving the go signal. The Admiral ordered the coordinates to be punched in the computers and prepare for the warp drive. The Defense Ring of both Earth and Luna gave a go for the full throttle of the ship, they entered the speed appropriate for warp drive and in a blink of an eye, they zap into the void of space, disappearing from Earth Atmosphere and they entered the Earthevian Atmosphere and they were all stunned to see the marvel that is sitting in front of them.

Chapter 2: Earthevius

Part 1

The planet sits outside the black silhouette of space sprayed with pinkish clouds of the cosmos, sprinkled by the stars of the unknown quadrant. Everyone was simply stunned, even Rowald himself that made him to his feet and he slowly floats into in the bridge.

The marvel of the planet outside, blue as the bluest ocean, much bluer than Earth itself. the clouds pure as white, the continent visible is covered of green vegetation and diced with brownish color and little dots of grey. The planet surrounded with two rings, much larger than theirs, with the second one surrounding the first ring. With it's own two moons one from afar and the second on their right which both is colonized.

Rowald was able to get back to his senses and claps several times to get the attention of the crew and captain.
"Alright people we will be seeing a lot more. Begin contact for we will have to land to their capital city ..."

Everyone then continued working, the captain giving orders and Rowald sat back and clears his throat. One of the personel now enters the access codes given to them by the new ambassador back on earth. Earth kept drifting forward as the transmission begins to commence.

"This Aloria Inner Ring, verifying access code E-A-1-4-2-4-O. This will be your Identification and will serve as Earth's ship I.D. Welcome to Earthevius your majesty..." said the officer from the inner ring. Rowald smiled as the communication continues.

"Appreciate it officer. This is Earth Supreme Minister Rowald Eisenhower, requesting for, well you already know and we only need your approval..." Smiled the Supreme Minister.

"Yes sir." she smiled; "Still processing your request but it will be done in a few. Seems that you came only with one ship you will be given frigate escorts as you enter Earthevian Planetary Atmosphere. Upon your entry to the planet your weapons systems will have to be disabled for our own security as well..." she continued Rowald seeming to agree.

"Furthermore the Queen has been expecting your arrival. A grand welcoming will be celebrated during your descent to the city of Earthevia..." Then a beep came to the play. Rowald waited patiently yet anxious as the officer types something. After finishing she smiled and said;

"You are all go. Simply follow the two frigates in front as they will escort you to the descent point. Welcome to Earthevius..." She smiled and the transmission ended.

Earth then followed the two frigates as they close the magnificent planet. They were all eager to enter another world same as theirs yet, different in every way. As they close the planet, the clouds slowly drifts revealing the center continent, a little smaller than the continent of Africa but bigger than entire Europe. and in it's center is a mega city which still has vegetation in it. It comes clear to the crew that that is Earthevia, capital of the planet. And judging by the bright color the planet has, they took care of it well. Then one of the crew suddenly spoke...

"Imagine if our ancestors didn't abuse the planet. Would it look like this? This beautiful?" he said. This caught Rowald's attention and just smiled to it as everyone begins to ponder. Then a beep came and it was from one of the frigates.

"This is Cretia of the 117th Atmos fleet, prepare for descent weapons systems will have to be disabled..."
"Copy that Cretia, disabling now..." Answered back by one of the crew.

The crew then immediately activated it's own jelly protection same as those of the Earth Planetary Gate. It quickly surrounds the entire ship and they begin their descent burning through the atmosphere...

They burn to the sky like a white comet and as fast as they got there, is as fast as they entered the planet, clear blue skies indeed and the bright sun and glistening clouds white as ice. And in their view came, a towering castle surrounded by enormous walls and around it are what we can say as the complete harmony of man and nature. The beauty that in earth only exists in story books.

In the castle a top it's landing bay complete with a welcoming comittee. The Queen eagerly awaits the arrival of her counterpart....
