Okay guys, this is an approximation my husband did in Paint of a drawing I gave him from memory of a tattoo I saw today at work. Soooooooo...it's nowhere near exactly what I saw, but work with me here!

I know for dead certain I've seen it before, and it's driving me nuts because I can't remember where it's from. PLEASE HELP, WHILE I STILL HAVE MY SANITY! Where is this symbol from, and what/who does it represent?!
