Sunday! I'm hella busy, but I really really REALLY want to enter this contest!

G-O, your old art really isn't that bad. There's a few misproportions here and there, but overall, it's pretty good. Granted, you are MUCH better now, but then again, you're just a high-class artist in general.

Added after 41 seconds:

Plus, I've always wanted to draw Logan. Now I have an excuse.

Added after 13 minutes:

I was looking for references so I'd have something to go off of when I get home tonight, and I stumbled upon this gold.

Hey, great job, Kirby :D You really pushed yourself!

Added after 2 minutes:

Kirby, don't forget to post a suggestion, too, you don't have one yet.

Added after 10 minutes:

Zeal: Have you even *started* a submission yet? ... 'Cause I already have 2 or 3 people who want to proceed to next week, and I don't want to hold off if you won't finish it...

Rusty? Dude it looks incredible. And Vega I think is who you meant to say it looks like and I like that a LOT. and the idea in the first one is amazing and well done. My only suggestion is put what you want next week's compeitition to be because you just might win.

He was named Balrog in Japan. Because they had problems with the character named Mike Bison for being an obvious ripoff of Mike Tyson, they shifted the names of the bad guys around. In Japan, Balrog had the claw, Bison was the boxer, and Vega was the Nazi looking guy in the red suit. They switched the names around, making Vega into M. Bison, M. Bison into Balrog, and Balrog into Vega.

That's interesting to know. I didn't know M. Bison stood for Mike. Gross. Doesn't seem like a very Sri Lanka type name now does it?

Yah what Cascade said...

Might just?! lol Thank you guys but I think G-0 won by a mile. And as for a suggestion, well im thinking about art as a larger prospective. Such as sceneries and landscapes, like **coughdumstercough** lol But hopefully everybody wont use the sunset theme

This is a good challenge for me. What do you guys think?!

Well, it's gonna be either jzYre or G-O, that much is certain, and yet Spike isn't around to end our dramatic tension. Cocktease.

It wasn't one. XD
Well, his base is around there, but I don't think M. Bison is from Thailand or Sri Lanka.

Started it, nevermind though... Just got the new HP novel. I'll post the picture in my art thread when it's finished, if anyone cares to look.

Hay guys :D

I'm at work now, but the good news is that my internet *is* back up, three days before we were told it would be. So that is good. Just as well I got Kyle to give a warning because I didn't get back until 1:30 am on Sunday. In other news, I'm tiiiiiiiiiiired.

This weeks winner is: Kirby Commander!
There were a lot of impressive entries, but Kirby's impressed me the most: and this is why: it was obvious that he was working very hard to push himself beyond what he believed to be capable of, and that boys and girls, is the point of the challenge. Great job, Kirby! The next week's suggestion is: Sprites!

Yes, I did notice yours and they were quite awesome, jzYre ^_^ Welcome to the forums!

However, your avvy is a bit wide. Your sig is quite aggreeable, though.

Yeah, we prefer that avatars are no wider than 100px*100px because any wider tends to stretch the format. As you can tell, yours is right up against the line separating user from post, and widens that separation for everyone else on the page.
